Felix made both my wedding day and rehearsal dinner perfect. Felix pays attention to every detail. He learned the names of every member of both of our families. He made sure that not a hair was out of place, and positioned us so that we all looked our best. He also made sure to capture photos of everyone who came to my wedding (almost 220 people). To sum up how extraordinary Felix is, I will share the two compliments I received after my wedding: "1) what a spectacular night! 2)you had the best photographer I've ever seen." Not only does Felix go above and beyond during the actual event itself, he also delivers the most stunning images I've ever seen. To be honest, I didn't even think I could look that beautiful. Felix took my engagement shots as well, which were beyond amazing. I couldn't recommend Felix and Fred Marcus more highly. Finally, I want to thank his assistant, Ilya, for his tireless efforts in making everything run seamlessly. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Peggy Press for not only being so pleasant to work with, but for her genius organizational abilities and thoughtfulness.

RUN the other way!!!…read more While the photo's we received were of adequate quality, the photographer we met with was not the person that showed up to shoot our wedding! The person that did show up was rude, intrusive during the ceremony, turned up an hour early, and then charged us an additional fee to stay for the last hour of the contract. We were deceived and treated very poorly. It makes no difference the quality of the work; the attitudes, of the photographer and the person that created our final wedding album, were appalling and it was extraordinarily unpleasant to have to be in the same room with them. Absolutely everyone deserves better! You would be really only slightly worse off to hire your friend to bring their phone to shoot your event. After all of our hard work we came out feeling disappointed & taken advantage of. The best word to describe the experience with our photographer is shameful. We were thrilled with our proofs, but when we asked for them and our videos to be provided in the form of a USB, we were ignored. Both videos were linked to Natalie Hedley Caro's Vimeo account. Once the Vimeo account expired, we were unable to access any of our wedding videos. Only once did I hear back from her after sharing mutual frustration with several other unhappy customers via her Instagram account. This seemed to gain her attention more than my pleas for copies of our wedding videos. After paying 7K to Natalie and reaching out to her several times, we are still unable to access our wedding videos. Emails bounce back as undeliverable and her website has been deactivated. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for a reliable photographer. Very disappointed with Natalie.

From only a few conversations, he got to know us immediately and, using his commitment to good fit, paired us with an amazing photographer as well. The two of them were a total dream team. We can't wait to work with Will again. We immediately understood that he truly cared about us instead of trying to push a sale, and he warmly treated us like family. He knows his business inside-out, and he put us and every single one of our guests completely at ease. He has an instinctive attention to detail that enabled him to capture moments that no one else could have. He understood our vision and executed our wishes at every step of the way. The Love Story video that he made for us earlier in the process completely proved that he understood us deeply.
