They take hours away from great employees and give them to ones with poor work ethic, piss poor attitudes and lack of real, or even remotely good, customer service skills, fire employees for their right to free speech and or because of their opinion on certain things. Literally force employees to quit because they try to force managers to slash employees hours, moreso than the hours are already cut for them. The result of all this is a poorly run retaurant that's lost all respectability because of their poor business skills. My advice DONT EAT AT THE MACHIAS SUBWAY!
