Chris is the owner and he explained things as he progressed along as well as answering any questions I had, plus it was just really nice visiting with him on other topics. They wore disposable booties, covered our newly tiled floors and cleaned up before leaving. Chris double and triple checked for any plumbing leaks before leaving as well. The invoice price was well within reason and the warranty on our disposal is fantastic.

It would rather stink to pay $50, have them come out and then the price is way more than other estimates that I've already received and then I'm out $50 and have to still pay additional money for someone else to do it? No thanks. Why would I have them come out when they can't even give me an estimate. I told them what the issue was, other establishments were able to give me an estimate at the least.

I decided to sign up for the yearly service plan, because of the quality services that I receive from Kyle. My original assessment of Thornton grooms was a one star, but I've upgraded it to a five star based on this appointment that I had today. The only thing that I could recommend for future appointments is that Thornton and grooms provide a two hour window for serviceman to come out. Otherwise, I can highly recommend this company.

I am appreciative that NES is willing to work with us on that They called me after the estimator finished. The technician proceeded to tell me he did an evaluation of what was wrong and the fee would be $75.00. Um.. no. I already know what is wrong with it, I only need a quote to place it. We are not repairing a 21 year old furnace. They backed stepped the service fee since there was an obvious miss-communication Their quote was $1,500.00 more than the company our property manager uses. So we went with them.
