I live in Redford, Township, Mi. I needed a new water heater. I called Rock Service Pros in…read moreLivonia. They sent me a very professional, young gentleman named Devin Stempien. I told Devin that I like taking baths, but I wash my clothes and run my diswasher all at the same time. I told Devin that I can never fill my bathtub to top with hot water. Devin looked at my water heater and told me that I do need a new water heater. Devin suggested that I get a 50 gallon water heater. I was flabbergasted! 50 gallons! Wow! I have never had a 50 gallon water heater! Devin told me that if I get a 50 gallon water heater, that I'll be able to run the dishwasher and the washing machine, and still be able to fill the bathtub to the top with hot water. Really? To the top?, I said. Well what about the added cost for heating a bigger tank, I asked Devin. Devin told me that peace of mind from being able to take a hot bath and run all the other appliances at the same time will far outweigh the added cost of heating up 10 extra gallons of water--which wont cost that much more. Well, Devin was right! Now I can wash my clothes, wash my dishes, and lay in my filled-to-the-top with hot water bathtub relaxing and lustening to thebother apoliances working too. And Devin was right--the added cost of heating only 10 extra gallins of water can hardly be seen in my bill. Oh! And one more thing: Devin is the nicest repairman that has ever been in my house. Whenever I have a plumbing problem in my house, I will be sure to ask for Devin Stempien every time. I even tried to give Devin a $50 tip. He told me to keep that $50 and spendbit on my grandchildren. That was nice of him. Thank you, Devin. I hope that anyone who has a pmumbing problem has Devin Stempien there to repair it. Devin is soooo nice!

Starting out, we had a TON of issues with our furnace and air conditioning install. Took several…read moretrips out to get them to work. This was after they reiterated to us from their sales team how "HVAC really comes down to the install." They then scheduled our first home care program appointment soon thereafter, where they found several things that we needed to fix electrically around the house, and sent estimates totaling several thousand dollars. Today they reached out to me to schedule my first furnace inspection. They said they had openings. I gave them some days. "Oh we don't have availability on those days. What about the following week?" I said, "Yes that'll be fine." They then came back with, "We don't have availability that week either." I told them I am available all day every day and night and to let me know what they can do. The response, "No openings showed...the office will need to confirm the next available appointment." I've literally never seen anything like what I'm experiencing with this company. It's truly incredible...in a horrible (and confusing) way.
