I had to call numerous times and was told I would be called back. Just to realize I had to call again. When Manuel came out for the estimate. He quoted me a good price. I needed to have my tree trimmed that was growing over on my neighbors property. They trimmed the tree safely and they cleaned up behind themselves. I also told him I wanted to have a tree stump removed from my property. He quoted the price for that as well. Which was reasonable. He didn't explain that someone different would be removing the stump. So I had to wait for that person to come which was at a different time on that day and he was an hour and a half late. Now he also did a good job but as I said my frustrations came in on getting return calls in ref to the jobs being done. First impressions are everything and even with me leaving voice messages. As well as texting. I felt it was being ignored. They finally got back to me and we got the job done but it was a challenge. This company provided a very thorough service but I went through a lot to get it. If they could improve on the customer communication this would have been five stars. So 3.5 is my overall rating.

I remember scheduling the initial delivery of the shell about a month in advance (kudos to me for planning ahead because I'm more of a last minute chick). It took me a few days to get in touch with someone to actually confirm they were still coming since i hadn't heard anything...AT ALL. About anything, like logistics or if I wanted to use their movers, how long I thought I would be...NOTHING. BUT we were able to get it squared away and the move was pretty simple. So, okay, no biggie. NOW I'm trying to get my stuff out of storage and I've been calling for about a week AND HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO REACH ANYONE!! I would like to have my stuff moved in before Thanksgiving...but at this rate I'm not even sure if it's possible.
