Things declined rapidly once the Muscos left to form their concierge practice (which costs thousands of dollars per year, per patient). Since then, patient care has suffered greatly. Between my wife and I, we've tried several different providers here, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. The new doctors don't listen, and video appointments have been low-quality and unhelpful. The level of care, attentiveness, and professionalism that once defined this practice is simply gone. I finally switched to a physician at Sutter Health, and the difference has been night and day. My new doctor was thorough, actually listened, and helped me get the treatment I needed.
