That created a lot of anxiety, especially considering how overwhelming and expensive dental care can be. I found El Dorado Hills Dental through a referral from someone who works in the dental field, which immediately made me feel more at ease knowing it came from someone knowledgeable and trusted. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The space was welcoming and calm, the staff was kind and attentive, and it didn't have that typical overstimulating, clinical dentist vibe, it felt relaxed and comfortable right from the start. I shared my past experiences and concerns with Dr. Austin Cope, and during my exam he was incredibly communicative and thorough. I really appreciate understanding what's going on with my mouth, and he took the time to explain everything in a way that was clear and empowering rather than overwhelming. I cannot recommend this practice based on the substandard work, dismissive attitude toward legitimate concerns, complete lack of care during a medical emergency following surgery.
