They went over and above in so many ways, such as Jonathan emailing me my moms fingerprints when I told him simply in a 30 second passing that I would probably be calling to request them. He also made the most beautiful slide show we not expect. They dotted every "I" and crossed every "T". Aaron reminded me of a comforting priest, so I was not surprised that he originally started out in seminary school. Such a kind and thoughtful man that I felt generally cared about. Jason really helped us make numerous decisions less overwhelming and lightened up the mood a bit, which he could tell was what we needed at that time. They were always available to answer many questions from 3 different family members, often the same repeat questions and were still extremely kind and patient with us. They spent a lot of time on us. We dealt with Ron Maxwell and I think he could not have done anything any better than he did during such a difficult time for all of us. I think some people have a gift for the career they are in, just a natural ability to do that job. I felt for him when I saw my siblings and I making decisions on what we all wanted. I thought about how hard that might be to navigate with family members who might not agree on things. Ron just handled everything like the professional he is. I would recommend them and especially Ron to anyone that needs them. I can't thank him enough for being exactly what we needed at that time.

Price was high and the inspector put a screw through wires in the electrical panel. I heard him…read moreyell because of the shock. He said that everything was fine. When my son put the electric bill in his in name for the the condo, he was told to flip the main breaker. It would not fip back and we called our electrician to fix it. He needed to splice wires, it was a simple repair but the bill was $260, for travel, parts time etc. I'm going to bill the insurance company for First In but he also missed a lot of expensive repairs needed. My son was a first time buyer, he is smart but never knew what to look for in his purchase, trusted the realtor (and he is an ok guy but needed to make the sale, my son acted too quickly and I really dislike the unit, others in a similar price range seemed well maintained and updated. He was shown 3, told that was usually the way it is done and never negotiated anything (he's a scientist and pretty much focused on little else, needed a roof over his head and acted too quickly.) So he passed up places that had newer windows, updated kitchens, etc in the same price range . I'm also looking for a condo so I saw those choices but he'd already started the process (he's an adult and I wasn't involved but I have bought real estate before and knew a little bit about what to look for when "investing in a home".) He didn't have a clue and grad student places are what he was used to so here we are. I'm unhappy with the inspection because I immediately saw things that weren't mentioned so here we are. He'll lose money when he sells because it's not worth it for him to update or replace torn screens but it really needs new windows and doors. And flooring. Sigh. He'll live with it until he gets married and sells. Oh well. I'm the one who fixed everything in here so I learned by my mistakes. He'll do the same.

The…read morefuneral that I attended of course was heart wrenching, but I'm glad that a beautiful person lays to rest in such a beautiful place. She has a nice area with a beautiful tree near her. Just like the one she would look at every weekend when she was in her favorite place. Bag pipes were played and family gathered around for our last goodbye. I'm sure that I will go back and visit and take in the rest of the cemetery.

Greenkeepers did a FANTASTIC job landscaping my back yard! The project included building a…read moreflagstone wall, planting trees, shrubs, and ornamental grasses. They also mulched all around my house, installed trellises, and planted perennials. George, the owner, was very pleasant to work with and we collaborated on the landscape designs, discussing ideas and options. He also worked with me on keeping expenses within my budget. The crew members were so friendly and hardworking. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and appreciated that they did an excellent job of cleaning up after each work day. The end result was BEAUTIFUL!!! My neighbors really liked the landscaping and are planning to contact Greenkeepers to discuss their own landscape projects. I have already scheduled Greenkeepers to come back this fall to do hardscaping in the front of my house.

After hooking up to city water, we had 350' of mounded dirt. Greenkeepers did a great job of…read moreleveling and reseeding. Part of the mound abutted our perennial garden. They did an excellent job of maneuvering the skid steer to avoid damage. They also trimmed the bottom 4' of 3 pine trees and cleaned out all the scrub plants underneath. I couldn't be happier. Efficient, friendly and knowledgeable - I couldn't ask for more. We have other jobs to do in the future and will definitely call Greenkeepers.

They wasted my time: Dumpster was supposed to come July 14th. Shows up AFTER 4pm. There goes half…read morethe day I paid for. They showed up 6 HOURS EARLY to pick up: Scheduled for July 16th afternoon. Driver is outside my house at 10AM and woke me up. I wasn't done. Then they tried to charge me for it: I said "fine, I'll pay the $12/day to keep it longer." Dispatch says nope -- $150 "driving fee" because the driver is already here. So I get punished because THEY came 6 HOURS early?? Did not pay the $150. Got screwed out of time I already paid for. Bottom line: Unreliable, shady billing, zero customer service. If you value your time and money, use a different company or learn the hard way!
