Less than 24 hours after my father passed, my family and I met with him at the funeral home to discuss my father's arrangements. I asked Mr. Auble a very simple question regarding the embalming. A question that He should have easily been able to answer. Instead he looked at me, and in front of all of the family present, he said in a very loud voice and in an extremely nasty tone that he could not answer that question. In fact he said it twice! I could not believe that someone in his position would talk to me like that right after losing my father! I was completely caught off guard by this man's rude and completely disrespectful outburst!! It was so humiliating and completely unnecessary! I regret that I stayed for the rest of the meeting! I should have gotten up and left. I would never recommend this funeral home to anyone!
