We dealt with Ron Maxwell and I think he could not have done anything any better than he did during such a difficult time for all of us. I think some people have a gift for the career they are in, just a natural ability to do that job. I felt for him when I saw my siblings and I making decisions on what we all wanted. I thought about how hard that might be to navigate with family members who might not agree on things. Ron just handled everything like the professional he is. We were able to speak and work with Russ, his staff members Stewart, and Stephanie on multiple occasions.. Every single time we spoke, they not only treated us with respect, and dignity, but also treated us like we were one of their own family.. If we weren't sure about what to do, they offered to do it for us, or give us their opinion, and/or on what they had done with their own loved ones in the past.
