Our most recent burial witnessed a member of the grounds crew desecrate the memory of our brother who was having his ashes buried on that day. This employee took a floral arrangement that had been set up on a table as we prepared for a committal service and threw it into the open cremation grave. We were mortified and when we complained to the cemetery office we were told basically "we do our best". Are these the same employees that are unloading the remains for the crematory? We are not going to take the chance.

Never thought I'd be writing a review of a funeral home, but after my experiences with Zabor over…read morethe last week, I can't say enough good things about Zabor. When Mom passed unexpectedly, I called Justin Zabor and he immediately put me at ease & took away an immense amount of my stress and anxiety. From that first call, through the burial, Justin & Zabor employees were respectful, extremely professional and truly caring. I now know why my mother was so adamant as to who would handle her final requests. Mr. (Tom) Zabor, Dan, and especially Justin -- thank you so much! Your professionalism, knowledge, talent and support was so greatly appreciated during an incredibly difficult time.

My brother recently passed away and we decided to Zabor funeral home for the services…read more I have never been so disgusted inmy entire life at the services of this parlor. The driver said that everybody wants to be back at the funeral home by 1:15 PM. Instead of 1:15 PM, the driver decided to takeoff at 1 PM. This left several people out in the cold as they would not be able to follow him. I don't feel that the staff worked at their best I felt compassion was lacking, and it seemed to me that it wasn't that important to them. I would never recommend this funeral parlor to anybody!

What do you say about a funeral home?…read more It's a nice enough place, with a workable set up to accommodate everything it is supposed to do. The part I don't care for, and it's no fault of this place or of anyone at all, is a service at holiday times. It sucks for the family. This place does its best to make a calming experience for a family and visitors during a difficult and painful time. The colors are muted, the lighting is soft. Those arriving via the front door will be greeted by someone giving direction to the appropriate spot. There is a smaller room off to the side that on this visit had coffee and cookies for those who wanted to mingle before or after the receiving line. There's a step down into the main viewing area, but there is a wheelchair accessible ramp. I can't speak anything about the funeral director(s) or how they are in interactions with the bereaved, but they oversee and provide a place with a nice affect reflecting the (sad) purpose of its business.

Due to unfortunate circumstances I attended a funeral here at Craciun for my best friends brother…read more The gentleman that took care of the arrangements for the funeral was very nice and helpful and got everything that was needed and/or wanted without hesitation. The place itself is a decent size, it held lots of family and friends without a problem. They have a space in the front for food and beverages. They also have a space down in the basement for children or to hold more people if needed. The bathrooms were clean and well kept. All of the workers at Craciun were super sweet and very helpful. That made this very hard time a little easier for all of us and I just wanted to say a big thank you to them for all that you do. We really appreciate the smoothness of the funeral and all it entailed. I would recommend if anyone is in need of their services, without hesitation to give them a call.

I felt that the living as well as the deceased was treated with so much respect. The service was beautiful and the room was comfortable. The flowers around the coffin was arranged so beautiful. When it was time to leave to the cemetery, everything was done in an organized fashion. I'm so happy that one of the employees from the funeral home politely came to my car door to make sure I had my lights and flashers on. They made sure that we got through the traffic lights safely and to the cemetery. It wasn't close by but it was just enough time to prepare for the last good bye to my friend.
