Driving a very drunk passenger home, I was pulled over for suspended tags. The vehicle, due to my passenger, smelled of alcohol. I preformed a field sobriety test and I failed. Due to epilepsy and a knee injury I could not pass that test sober. I refused the breathalyzer. I was arrested and Roberts Bail Bonds, Inc. was able to bail me out as soon as permitted. I was met with a very kind representative who guided me through the process. I attended court and was released due to inability to prove I was intoxicated (I was not). THIS IS A FANTASTIC ESTABLISHMENT! I literally did business with Wendall last night (2/8/12), and let me say he is the epitome of stellar customer service, he is patient, understanding, and truly legitimate as a businessman. Not only did he deliver his services SUPER fast and thoroughly, he went above and beyond as a bondsman, to help me even further in the midst of a winter storm. I reside out of state, and I needed to bond someone out in MD. Needless to say, I have NEVER done anything like that, and was a complete novice in this "bail bond" process. All I can say is WOW!!!!!! This gentleman took time to explain the process, and make it more convenient for me to do business with him.
