Chris came to our home and provided an estimate to install our flooring. Unfortunately, he later…read morehad to undergo cancer treatment, so two members of his crew completed the installation. We were extremely disappointed with the quality of the work. The flooring was cut inside our home, leaving sawdust throughout the house, and after the installation we identified numerous workmanship and finishing issues. I contacted Chris and attempted to have these concerns addressed and corrected, but they were not resolved. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been frustrating and will likely cost us additional money to have the flooring properly repaired. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. I'm sharing this review in hopes that it helps other homeowners make an informed decision before hiring someone for a flooring project.

The only negatives were his location is not in Annapolis, so he had a long commute, which caused him to have to miss some days when other jobs went long. There was also a little paint splatter, but it was easily cleaned up.
