That made a great first impression because when you need to bail someone out, that is not the time you want or need to leave a message to be called back at a later time. Mr. Carlton stepped in and took control for me. First he had to find out the specifics of the case to be able to assist us and he did just that. He then explained how the process would work to me. He also called the court and was able to post the bond for my friend and secured his release. We were completely overwhelmed because it was our first time having to deal with the court system and bail bonds. Mr. Carlton helped us out of a jam and did it in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Dominion Bail Bonds and Mr. Carlton because when you are in need of help like this, it is great to know that the person on the other end of the phone cares.

Due to epilepsy and a knee injury I could not pass that test sober. I refused the breathalyzer. I was arrested and Roberts Bail Bonds, Inc. was able to bail me out as soon as permitted. I was met with a very kind representative who guided me through the process. I attended court and was released due to inability to prove I was intoxicated (I was not). I can't praise this company enough!, 24 hour response, very kind agents, as well as their motto... I would not choose any other bail company for myself or anyone else. Fair prices & rapid response. Many thanks, this is truly a 5-star company. J. W.
