That made a great first impression because when you need to bail someone out, that is not the time you want or need to leave a message to be called back at a later time. Mr. Carlton stepped in and took control for me. First he had to find out the specifics of the case to be able to assist us and he did just that. He then explained how the process would work to me. He also called the court and was able to post the bond for my friend and secured his release. We were completely overwhelmed because it was our first time having to deal with the court system and bail bonds. Mr. Carlton helped us out of a jam and did it in a very timely manner. When I went to finish signing some paperwork, (First time meeting him) he was very upset, and I still don't know why. I showed up a few minutes before closing, so I was very apologetic. But at the end of the day, they were still open. He called me a piece of trash, said I was worthless, and that I should keep my mouth shut until he speaks to me. My parents know of the foolishness I got myself into, and still he decides to threaten to "tell my mom" and demands my moms name and phone number. My parents were NOT AT ALL involved in my business with this man. And I was paying him myself.. he treated me like less of a person. After using foul language with me, and calling me everything in the book, I almost began to cry. He even threaten to just take his money back and throw me in jail again...What? We made a 30 day payment arrangement and two days after this meeting he is texting my phone and calling me, harassing me for his money. DON'T EVER go to Diego for ANY of your business. I personally downloaded this app, to make sure NO ONE ever spends their time or money here again. He will mistreat you from the start, and abuse the fact that you MIGHT need him. YOU DONT. Next to his little office, are about 4 other bail bondsman. I'm positive none of the others will treat you and disrespect you like Diego did with me. I'm sorry I ever gave this man my business. Please don't make the same mistake. He doesn't even deserve ONE star.
