Daniel from chances gave me a chance bailed me out. I had no money..basically my accusation left me broke and screwed. I still had collateral in the form of my nice cell phone and used that for a few days. Afterwards, I called wells fargo told them to raise my credit. Got that 100. Got my phone back and now im back on my feet at a good job outside of state. He even took me to my job interviews when i needed help the most and while i was waiting for my case to be over. Remember this was a hundred dollar bond but it was like a million dollar service. All the staff supported me and i always kept up with my case. In the end, help from a goodhearted stranger turned friend can really give a person a second chance. This company helps the little guy with the little bonds when the big guy wants you locked up and only is after those huge set bonds. That made a great first impression because when you need to bail someone out, that is not the time you want or need to leave a message to be called back at a later time. Mr. Carlton stepped in and took control for me. First he had to find out the specifics of the case to be able to assist us and he did just that. He then explained how the process would work to me. He also called the court and was able to post the bond for my friend and secured his release. I'm sorry to have to disagree with the last two reviews, but James seriously helped me when no one…read moreelse would. In 2016 I was arrested on two felony charges and given a $5,000 bail. I spoke to James while in jail over the course of a few days. I would have been able to pay my own bail, but not for another 2-3 weeks, and I needed to be out of jail to do it. James helped me get out without putting ANYTHING down, only requiring my husband to come sign for me, which he did. And in the next three weeks, I paid him the $500 for my bond. I've NEVER in my life met anyone who was willing to do that for me. So to me, James has my ABSOLUTE respect and trust. He treated me like a friend, was easy to get along with and speak to, and for that I'll ALWAYS be grateful. Also, if anyone looks further down on this page, you can see there are an additional 4 reviews that "weren't recommended"---incidentally all 4 reviews are STELLAR and POSITIVE... what a coincidence the only ones showing up are the two negative ones. And if you ever read this James, and remember me--thank you for what you did. You are amazing! And hopefully I'll never need to call you again!! You helped me to laugh about my situation when I wanted to cry and reassured me that everything was okay, you texted me at all hours just to talk when things were stressful, and you are still someone I consider a friend.
