A few years ago, I worked in Camp Hill and, at times, would pick up subs to bring home (Hanover area) for dinner. So, now when we're up in the Camp Hill area, Roberto's is somewhere we will stop for a very good sub!!! The service is always very good, when our food was done, they brought it out to our table. Roberto's is a typical pizzeria atmosphere, which I love! There are not too many around anymore. Very relaxed atmosphere with great food!!!

Frequent lunch destination for this guy - convenient & good choices from the pizza to the subs. Go-to order here is a cheesesteak with mushrooms - often subs are part of the lunch specials (free drink). Place is usually not overly packed when I show up (usually after 1pm) & service is always fast. Order at the counter & the food is brought to the table. Subs are good as is the bread. This is another locals spot & is usually hoppin' when I'm there. Give it a try!

Always a pizza I can count on being decent. Cooked nicely. Nice sauce. Good flavor. 4/5

Pretty decent food. A little stingy with the pepperonis. Got a lot of fries for your dollars worth. Italian sub could've used a little more oil and vinegar. All in all a good meal for a decent price.

This was the perfect spot to order takeout visiting our family from out of town. Their subs, pizza and Stromboli were fresh and had great flavor. Great portions and options for everyone in the family. Would recommend!

Really good pizza - probably one of the better around here for sure. Not a huge fan of the bars/breweries that have pizza around here. The turkey sub was really good too, the bread was the best part but all around delicious!

I'm trying to broaden my horizons and eat at different pizza places to see what I might be missing, so here we go to Roberto! I'll be nice a go with a 3.5 rounded up. Pizza was a solid 3, maybe 3.5. Like all pizza, pretty good, but not really good or outstanding in any way. It looked great, it felt great, but it just didn't have the flavor I was hoping it would. Maybe an entire pie would change my mind, but fresh lunchtime slices are usually a safe baseline. Today I went with the cheesesteak because I someone else eating one the other day. For $7.95 it was huge and came with a free fountain drink. It was a little wet inside the bun, but I really liked the flavors. To my surprise, the bread was excellent even though a little wet. It was crispy on both the top and the bottom and being the same though is the pizza, I didn't think it would taste as good as it did. The bathroom was definitely a detractor in factoring this review because it was pretty nasty. However, I don't think it would've changed the star rating from a true 3.5. I might be back or I might continue my adventure of trying new places and new things.

I came here for take out lunch and when I was getting out of the car I thought wouldn't it be nice to have a coke with my philly cheesesteak? But then I thought nah I already have other soda at home. But when I got to the counter the cashier told me it came with a fountain soda! Win! Good job for customer service. The cheesesteak was delicious and the coke hit the spot.

Looking at the other reviews... I was expecting some great pizza. ...It was ok, and I did eat it all. The crust was cooked excellent, but was missing some flavor. The sausage was very scarce, could have used more... and not the best flavor. Sauce was very good. I liked the area and homeyness, but the place was dirty. The only clean spot on the entry door was the knob. The condiments sitting on the pizza pan where bad ( Parmesan - salt/pepper - Italian herbs) all need to be tossed. The herbs tasted like straw, the cheese shaker was no good. The pepper had turned white with age, and it was filthy. The employees where not unfriendly.... just did not want you to be there. It seems that the dream is gone, they have given up, just going through the motions - tired of it.... Sad.

Best pizza I've ever had. The inside of the place itself is not in the best of visual condition, but still very family friendly.

I opened their website and ordered the pizzaboli online, to be picked up in about 25 mins. I received notification that the food was ready right as I was getting in my car to head over. I am a pizza snob and truthfully, boil isn't my favorite. This however made my whole night! The sauce, the meats, the never ending cheese? Perfection. And at 26.50 because of 1 topping, it was more than worth it. I cannot wait to order again! I want the million dollar cheesesteak next!!

I wouldn't call myself a cheesesteak snob, but I've had Pat's and Gino's and other spots in Philly and yes, I know Philly locals will say they're more famous than great. Amichi's completely outclasses anything I got in Philly, and we're only about a hundred miles away. Idd say Harrisburg Star City is the capital and the capital for cheesesteaks, Amici's puts the pike on the map. Not only that they got a really great staff and mom and pop shop vibes. Amichi's on the Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg is the spot. Next time you wanna drive 2 hours to get a cheesesteak go here instead. Do not skip.

I really enjoyed the variety of games to take to the table while you wait for your meal. I was blown away by the menu options and wish I could've tried everything! I went with the grilled chicken tacos, and the other two folks ordered huevos rancheros and a western omelette. I can only speak for the tacos but OMG. Having had my fair share of tacos, these are NEXT LEVEL. Perfectly grilled chicken with mozzarella, cilantro, onions, and lime! Who could ask for more!! The server even asked if I wanted a side of beef consommé, which I'm glad I said yes to. It was rich, savory, thick and perfectly paired even with the chicken option. I have highly recommended this spot to people since visiting and will continue to!

Rolled into Mechanicsburg Breakfast & Pizzeria at the extremely conventional breakfast hour…read moreof...5pm on a Friday. I was the only diner in the place, which honestly made me feel like I had just rented out a private pizza studio. Bonus: plenty of free parking right out front because it's tucked into a little strip mall. Before I even ordered, the menu caught my attention--an eclectic mashup of pizza and tacos, with breakfast versions of both served all day long. It's honestly the kind of menu you'd expect to stumble upon in a dream where the universe says, "Go ahead, choose joy." I originally planned to be "responsible" and just grab a slice to test the waters, but they didn't have any slices ready and would've had to make an entire pizza just for me. That felt like a sign from the Universe to stop lying to myself. If they were firing up the oven anyway, why not go big? So I took the cosmic hint and ordered their semi-Instagram-famous Mexican Breakfast Pizza: eggs, chorizo, mozzarella, cheddar... a 10" "personal" pizza (their wording, not mine) for $14. Twist my arm. Drinks live in the cooler by the door and you just grab whatever you want and pay at the end. As I was mid-debate between soda and water, the guy behind the counter popped out from behind the curtain and said, "Hey, since you're getting a breakfast pizza, if you want juice... orange, cranberry, apple... you can have it!" Sir. Apple juice is basically the secret key to my heart. SOLD. He also mentioned they have games and coloring books available--apparently dominoes is the crowd favorite here. Unexpected and charming. A little sign on my table caught my eye: "If you love it, leave a nice review." Challenge accepted. This place was already earning every star. Placed my order at 5:02, snagged a seat by the window to watch the sunset fade and the traffic chaos whirl by. The sign on the wall said "GOOD vibes, GREAT flavors," and let me tell you: an accurate mission statement. At 5:20, my pizza emerged in all its glory--and it. was. stunning. The crust hit that sweet middle ground between thin and deep dish: sturdy, doughy, beautifully crisped on the edges, and wonderfully yeasty. The eggs-to-cheese ratio was perfection, and the chorizo? A knockout. Spicy, chunky, far more personality than the usual breakfast-pizza sausage situation. I ate 1.5 slices and boxed up the rest, which will easily feed me for another three days because, yes, I believe in leftovers as a lifestyle. As I was leaving, the man behind the counter introduced himself--Sebastian--and he had been nothing but attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a great experience. Service like that sticks with you. Total damage: $22.26 including tip. For great food, even better service, and days of leftovers? That's what I call winning. I'll definitely be back--probably at another totally normal breakfast hour.
