Flowers were not delivered next day as requested and with zero notice of a delay. I called in around 6:30pm and was told they are still out for delivery. Delivered on Sunday instead and the delivery person even asked for a tip because he said he had a hard time finding the place. I was really embarrassed the delivery person would do that.
