I was initially evaluated by Samantha Perez (so professional but yet personable and nice). I never felt rushed and she answered all my questions. I started physical therapy using a cane three times a week. After two weeks I felt confident enough to walk without the assistance of a cane. The recovery was difficult, yet everyone here was helpful and supportive. Each week I was challenged with new exercises and my knee kept getting stronger. I didn't think virtual would be for me but since working out with Joe (I am in California) I have dropped 16 pounds and feel better and stronger than I have EVER.
