There was little to no communication from the staff about the delay until I asked why the wait was so long and their answer was that the specialist doing the procedure is behind from all the patients (okay? Sounds like that's YOUR issue for overbooking appointments). Finally got called to the back and took another 30-40 min to get the procedure done and was already annoyed from the wait. The specialist was overworked but very kind so I wasn't upset with her. I don't like to write bad reviews but this is the worse "care" I've ever received from any medical office. I was there for a total of 4 hours for a procedure that should only have taken 30 min. This office needs to get their priorities in order cause no one should have to deal with that nonsense. Do better and stop booking more appointments than your specialist can handle.

Someone picked up on the second ring, assessed my situation and asked how far I was from their office. In 20 minutes I was in a chair receiving high quality treatment from not one, but two of their dentists, and an assistant.
