Kind, generous, works with you, but is extremely exacting. His standard of care is amazing, he works to ensure that you are taken care of and receiving the highest level of medical attention possible. Sherri his nurse is fantastic, his office staff is unbelievable. I was late for one appointment- harried and worried, I shared this with the receptionist. Her comment was, "honey, you know Dr. Frim. Even if he would have gone home already, and he would come back happily to see you. " This sort of treatment is the norm for this fantastic surgeon and his staff. Oh- also a funny story- My father had a minor back surgery and ask one of Dr. Frims residents if they had heard of his surgeon at Northwestern- Of course- Dr. Frim had trained him!
