Dr. Santos WAS my PCP. His wife, Sharon, works in his office and has an adverse effect on patient care. I was hit my a car on my bicycle recently and suffered broken bones and a concussion that sent me to the trauma center in Castro Valley. When I went to make an appointment with Dr. Santos to be under his care during the healing process, Sharon would not let me see Dr. Santos. She said she had not seen me in 3 years. I told her it was because each time I wanted to make an appointment with Dr. Santos, she kept forcing me to see other doctors. In essence, she blocked me from Dr. Santos.
So I found another PCP. Just what Sharon wanted. Not sure what Sharon's problem is. If she is jealous or what. This was detrimental to my recovery process.
As his wife, she should be fired and not allowed to work with patients. She meddles alot, asks inappropriate question, etc.
Dr. Santos may be a solid doctor, but patient care is poor because of his wife meddling. My health care was never consistent because of her manuvers and office politics. read more
