This is the receptionist and has been that way for years, so go to Urgent Care or CVS. CVS gets made your doctor's office won't see you for a cold and they tell you about it as well. Catherine is not there anymore and that was my choice. She is/was a true professional health care provider. They wouldn't say if she was coming back, just "She's be gone a while. At least a couple months now". If you have BHRT and ned a wellness check up for the year find a new provider, go elsewhere. They are arrogant and not professional right down to the nasty CNA in the back. She speaks to you like you're a dumb dog. She even spoke to Catherine that way on one visit. This is not appropriate. But they are good at just filling prescriptions, and that takes no work at all. 10 minutes or less. Oh, be careful! They have an Dr-MD who likes to charge when you come but are late due to the intense traffic buildups in this over priced and under served West Valley region. Look around, Peoria, Glendale....

I…read morereceived an email stating that there would be $150 cancellation fee if I didn't show up early to an appointment - which is outside of the billing requirements with BCBS. The email says " there is a $150 cancellation fee for new patients who do not show up at least 30 minutes early". WTH!! I called to get clarification on the appointment time because I'm a new patient - so shouldn't my appointment time some of that and because I am working - with only 45 minutes drive time prior to appointment. Perhaps I could move the appointment later? I have never spoken to somebody somebody with such a bad attitude before. So I decided to cancel the appointment. And when she said " why" I explained that overcharging for late shows and not clarifying appointment times isn't something I can do, she responded "ok..." and while she hung up I heard her say "stupid bitc***" Horrific! Edited to add - I'm glad I dodged a bullet! Magdalena who is gaslighting the patient experiences is the dr's daughter and practice manager - gross! Nepotism in healthcare that prevents feedback to providers is negligent to patients. So gross!
