We had a whole convoluted conversation about what the doctor would and would not do, just because I assumed the visits could be combined for efficiency, at the end she then tells me they don't do those appointments at the same time. It's fine that they didn't combine the appointments, but I still need both appointments and she just needed to explain that or offer me a double time slot. Anyway I'm not dealing with that, I can't be the first patient that ever needed to separate visits and needed clarification.

After a couple of weeks of calling every day, someone finally answered the phone. When I told them I was a new patient and would like to schedule an appointment with Dr. Martini, they told me he isn't accepting new patients. Finding quality health care up here is very hard. I finally thought I found a good doctor that's competent, went to a good school etc and I cant get an appointment with him. I've been trying to call the office to see if I can get put on a waiting list but again..no one ever answers the phone in this office.
