I have never done my taxes myself, and couldn't be bothered. I finally had my taxes done elsewhere and my fee was 1/10th of the fee I was charged at Tax Plus. Yup! Tax Plus just added a zero at the end of their fee for laughs I suppose, after they saw the refund I was getting. It took my new preparer 45 minutes to file, and she did them while I waited. I was woefully uninformed, but also taken advantage of. Carol and Tax Plus are without conscience.
