Furthermore, me and my wife have had to call several other H&R Block locations over the last few years to track down our taxes from the Ukiah location and make sure they were filed. We had to do this because we were told by H&R employees they had lost them. I was also told by one tax representative their, that someone that works for H&R did not like my wife, so he sabotaged are taxes.
