I absolutely HATE it when business people do not call back. I left 2 live messages with a man that answered the phone and 2 more voicemail messages and did not receive ONE SINGLE CALL BACK!!! I understand that people get busy, especially tax services this time of year. What I do not understand is someone's total disregard for a past customer. At least call to say that you're too busy to take on any more work. After all... you have someone waiting to hand you their money and you can't even say "No, thank you." I wanted to use a local business but now I have to use H&R Block.

Unfortunately, I worked with friends in the business and now they are personally upset that Alma did not have their W2s prepared in an orderly time. They claimed it was because my drivers license was expired. This was never the case. They somehow looked up a 10 year old license from another state instead of the one i gave them when i got the quote and the policy. They have photocopies of that license. They used their screw up as an excuse to raise my rates from 650 to almost a thousand dollars for 6 months and then took of my %20 good driver discount for the same reason. Their screw up. My monthly charge was $200 instead of the $105 i was quoted. I called to clear up the matter and they never cleared it up. I keep talking to different people and now they charged me $200 AGAIN which caused other auto payments to bounce and now i dont have enough extra money until my next paycheck to get insurance though someone else. As soon asi get paid im gonna drop this unprofessional and very disorganized agent. Stay away!!!
