I got an appointment right away. Then when I got there they denied the cleaning and said they weren't sure Medical would cover it (even though they do). They said they could only polish my teeth and they would call back by the next day. 3 weeks later and no call. I called again and was told the manager Sylvia would call back within a day. She didn't call. I finally got ahold of her and she said the dentist put that I got a cleaning and charged medical fraudulently. This is the worst service I have ever seen. read more

I had two bottom right molars that were in extreme pain, I called the staff at dr andersons, and they fit me in the day of. I'll tell you they were very accommodating. On top of that my primary dentist thought I needed a root canal for both my teeth and referred me to one of their specialists, no go though dr anderson came to my aid. So dr anderson said all I needed was new sealent on those molars and that the old sealant was gone. I guess my old dentists was really not paying attention to detail. Thanks dr. Anderson for all your hard work and dedication to make my teeth feel better and making me feel welcome as a new patient, I will be back to see you again in the future for services. I am sad and conflicted in writing this now because I had such an amazing experience in the beginning. The staff helped me get through some traumatizing dental problems and I hoped to make it my "dentist Hub" to help me get through more work. I walked away owing $250. Payment was not received, my bad. Fast forward Months later.... I got a call from Anne yesterday, while driving, I answered the phone (hands free) in a great mood and ready to pay BUT the feelings clearing weren't reciprocated.. with a bad attitude and almost abusive tone I was told they were sending me to collections for $880 and that my bill CHANGED bc my insurance is no longer covering the work that was done. No other explanations and when I asked why she made it clear it was not her problem. I couldn't believe this was the same Anne that I raved about in my last review. Mind you, not once did the dentist office call and leave me an urgent msg to explain any of this, it's like I woke up in the middle of a dream, so confused.. But there was no want or need to help clarify any of these questions I had.. I did not get one insurance notification stating they weren't covering. I was absolutely shocked. Not only did I NOT know about this until that phone call but was also told I couldn't get off the phone unless I paid. When I told her I could not afford $880 right now and I need to figure it out she proceeded to argue with me about payment plans. When I let her know I was driving and starting to get pissed off she "allowed" me off the phone. That's not all.... within the hour of getting off the phone, they tried running my card that was on file twice! I got two notifications that my payment was declined. So now they are running my card unauthorized?? I know I signed my card up in the beginning but I was told it was on file for any "no shows" fees. Now I would like all and any papers I signed to be emailed for me to review. NOW, I don't even feel comfortable calling in a payment or even sending a check to them. I feel I am a pretty cool chick and if I was treated with understanding and compassion I would have made a min. payment right then and there if it was handled better. I work in collections and I have never talked to anyone like the way I was talked to, I'm just shocked.. Pretty disappointing in the lack of empathy and patience. read more

I'm still in shock at finally finding a capable, talented Dentist! After a local dentist destroyed two of my molars by grinding them to the gum line, I just accepted that I would never have those teeth restored since he told me I would need gum surgery. Wrong! Dr. Anderson worked some magic and was able to put in new caps. At the same visit, he filled in my front chipped tooth which I thought could only be fixed with a cap. It's perfect. He's friendly, quick, efficient and you just know your in the hands of someone who knows dentistry. Highly recommended. And no, I'm not a relative. Haha read more
