American Auto Insurance is a scam and the reviews on that website are fraudulent. I was in an accident on March 10, 2025 and it is now April 15th, 2025 and my claim is still "pending." I have given them EVERYTHING they have requested from me regarding my claim. They have no upper management office and only conduct business through mailed letters and emails that take 5-7 business days to respond. This has got to be the absolute worst car insurance company I have ever came across. If you're thinking about purchasing a policy through them I highly suggest you do your research!

Good Day, Everyone!I'd like to share the amazing experience…read morewe had yesterday with Agent Leslie at State Farm. From the very first greeting, I knew we were in the right place. Leslie was warm, patient, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain every aspect of insurance--Auto, Life, Homeowners, and Renters--and made sure we truly understood the differences and options available to us. I've been with State Farm since high school, and now as a wife, mother, and grandmother, I can say that State Farm has always felt like family. About a year ago, due to financial changes, we switched to another insurance company--but during that time, we never felt the care and personal connection we were used to. It just wasn't the same. Meeting Leslie reminded us of why we trusted State Farm for so many years. She not only welcomed us back but also made the process smooth and stress-free. She brought back that genuine "good neighbor" feeling that State Farm is known for. Thank you, Leslie, for your patience, professionalism, and kindness. You've truly made us feel at home again with State Farm! And like you said - call or text me any time - just like FAMILY!!!!!!

My mother's parked car was hit by an uninsured driver. My mom is insured through Unique. Unlike…read moresome of the comments here, my mother has a great driving record, but InsureOne transferred her policy. It was a rocky start with this company. The office was closed on the weekend (the incident happened on Saturday morning) and my mom waited on hold for over an hour to get someone on the phone to get a claim number. However, after some prodding via email by myself to both her adjuster, the adjuster's manager, the president and the communications manager of the Unique's holding company (Producers National), my mom's claim was handled within a month of the incident. Albeit not the fastest claim turnaround time, but nothing like what the other people have been through in terms of getting in contact with their adjusters. My mother's adjuster was responsive to both my mother and I and she also approved a supplemental claim from the auto body shop (which we chose and was luckily less than two blocks from where we lived). I think the deterrents are the claims office being closed on the weekends, rental cars not being covered, and long wait times on the phone. I can't say this was the best experience with an insurance company, but I am thankful I was able to get in touch with people who took care of the claim and got my mom back in her car.
