When I was shopping for market place insurance I found many agents from big name companies have fudged the truth and in some cases flat out lied. I literally almost gave up hope but Maggie was there every step of the way and made me feel confident. The one thing I love about Maggie she is very knowledgeable and looks after your interest not hers. Other agents I was turned off to the fact they were high pressure and didn't seem too interested in spending too much time. I know most agents don't make a lot of commission selling health care and explains why most are quick to close the sake and move on, Maggie was more interested in making sure I felt comfortable with the policy. I highly recommend her for all your needs and she is probably the only agent I trust.

I've truly had nothing but an easy and seamless experience with them, and they aren't even my car insurance company. My car was hit by someone insured by Founders (I was not at fault). Once I got the email address of the adjuster in charge of my claim, it was so fast and easy. Katrina V was my adjuster and she was wonderful! She would reply to every single one of my many emails within 30 minutes or less and made the situation easy. I got an estimate for my car at one of their advised body shops (You don't have to use the shop they recommend, but I think it did contribute to the ease of my situation.) And the body shop emailed the estimate to my adjuster. Then I got a copy of the police report and promptly sent that right over to her. Once Katrina received the police report, which in so many words stated my innocence, she quickly reviewed it and within one hour of her receiving the police report, she emailed me saying they'd cover the entire estimate in full ($2,200) and would have a check mailed out to me the next day. And they also covered my rental car in full as well, on a reimbursement basis. So I covered the rental, and about 9 days later, I received a check covering my rental in full as well ($697.07). The body shop even found more wrong with my car than the original estimate had accounted for, and Founders covered that on the spot as well. And the body shop, their advised body shop, did a great job! Looks good as new. Don't let all these negative reviews scare you. Just contact your adjuster via email and all will be ok!

I reach out to Magnum insurance company to tell them that I no longer need insurance because my car was totaled out as of October 25th 2024. I was informed by one of there representatives that they could not cancel my policy unless I provide documents that my car totaled. At that present time I did not have the letter that they were requesting. I was just told by mouth from the adjuster for claims from the person that hit me insurance company that my car was totaled. So the representative provided me with an email to send all the documents to once I receive the letter that was needed. I provide the letter that was needed comes December I'm receiving letter stating that my policy is going to be canceled. I reach out to a representative once again and ask why am I receiving cancellation letters. I cancel my insurance I haven't needed insurance since October 25th 2024 and I provide them with the documents that was needed. Do you know Magnum insurance knew I no longer needed their insurance policy and didn't want to pay me back my money for the month of November they are doing everything to try to keep my money for the November. Every time I call and talk to representative they try to come up with every reason why they can't refund my money. So today February 14th 2025 I receive a letter from Magnum insurance saying I owe them and they going to send me to collections. Shame on Magnum insurance.
