    I purchased a brand new Mitsubishi FUSO Truck. Shortly after my purchase, one of my drivers had…read morenoticed the truck was not driving correctly when loaded, and did not feel safe. I immediately contacted the dealer. The dealer told me I needed to do an upgrade to the suspension on the truck. I went forward and upgraded the suspension which cost me $1,500.00. That did not solve the problem. I contacted a representative for Mitsubishi FUSO in New Jersey and they told me I should never have done the suspension upgrade being that it would not solve the issue. Ever since, I have been emailing and calling the dealer and keep receiving No Response. Therefore I am now stuck with this $65,000.00 truck that I can not use because it can not carry the weight that the dealer specified it was able to handle. I RECENTLY FOUND OUT THE TRUCK WAS NOT EVEN NEW, i WAS LIED TO AND SOLD A USED TRUCK!!!!

Next came the down payment which was $5,000 and the truck started construction for the carrier. The truck and carrier were more than I expected. Something like making sure I had a pleasent surprise for Christmas. Everything I was promised and then some. Adam goes the extra distance to make sure I'm more than impressed. After all the negotiations, Adam got me the suspension seat I didn't think I could get. He didn't even tell me. He did know I wanted. My name is Floyd. I bought my first Kilar rollback in 1996 and always felt good about my purchase. The new Kilar has improved over the years and gives me an impressive 10.5 degree load angle. Dump angle can be more extreme than any other carrier available new today. Very impressive. Can't say enough good things about Adam and Robert Green. 5 Stars !

    TL;DR: Within barely 12 hours, I had a brand new car with a no BS experience!…read more After running into issues with two other dealerships (and waiting two months for a car), I decided to call Newton to see if they had the car I wanted on their lot. They had 3! It was about 7:30pm and they close at 8pm. I spoke to Teah and let her know what my current deal with the other dealership was going to be to trade in my Honda CRV lease. She took my information and said she just needed to see if they could take my Honda. The next morning she texted me the first thing that they were still working on it. About twenty minutes later, she texted me that they could give me the exact same deal for the car. I was in disbelief and immediately drove to the dealership. I ended up getting the top-of-the-line car for about $50 more! Teah was awesome - I was there for about 1-2 hours honestly. From start to finish, this was such an easy process. There was no BSing me, no swindling or playing hardball with numbers. They were honest and straightforward. I would recommend anyone go here and call Teah anytime they want a Toyota!

The service department lies about repairs not being needed…read more After 16,000 miles the left front tire failed inspection in PA on my new 2025 Toyota Crown Hybrid.Their service department still wrote up the tire as good. The blower motor doesn't work and they lied and said the cars blower motor doesn't cool off or heat up the car. So just close as many vents to try and try to make it work. They didn't make the car so they can't fix it. I had a safety recall and an appointment at 10:00am. The first thing they said after an hours drive to get there is they can't do the safety recall. The head lights don't shine high enough and they don't adjust them even though the owners manual states to take your car to the Toyota service department to get them adjusted. The service manager was upset that I used the "f" bomb because they can't and don't know how to fix the car. That they can't find good help to work there and just accept it. My next step is to see an attorney next week, the 1st week in May 2026.
