They got my car in ahead of schedule completed all the work in quick and professional manner. The price of the service was excellent. We were stopped on the side of the road yesterday, fumbling through trying to change a flat to the donut spare, and a guy from Robert-Green pulled over to help. No reason, just a good guy. After patching our flat, he said - "Wait here four minutes, I'll take the tire back to the shop and fill it" so we wouldn't have to drive (to Binghamton) on the donut. I've been calling in all week trying to get someone to do a photo inspection but the woman who does it is NEVER there. First time I called they talked to me like I was the problem, not her absence. Worse than that, the supervisor isn't prepared to fill in or have someone fill in when she's not there. This is the only place in the entire county you can go to have this done and they have 1 person who can do it and she's not there. It's a couple photographs and some paperwork. How do you run a business this way? So when someone doesn't show up to work part of your operation just comes to a stop? Typical Sullivan County nonsense. read more

I called ROBERT GREEN CHEVROLET Parts Department despite poor reviews because they are closer to my home & it was during COVID 19 to order my floor mats using my GM Rewards Points. Brittany at ext: 192 in the service department answered my call & with an attitude asked me for my vin number. She then quoted the price for the GM Logo Mats which I requested yet began to order the generic mats. When I corrected her because I had done my research she caught a nasty attitude. She never ordered my mats. However, she sold my phone number to auto repair telemarketers and I began getting harassing warranty phone calls & messages the very next day. After two weeks I called back 3 times in a row to her direct ext. to inquire about my mats. She would not answer. When I called the 4th time from a blocked number and had the operator connect me she answered then had an attitude when I told her who I was. She put me on hold for several minutes while she looked for my order and said she had to re enter it again. I informed her that we had initially had a lengthy phone conversation as she olaced my order and inquired why she had to enter it again. She said she didn't know what happened with my order but it was re entered that day. I never received a call to tell me my parts where in. My father is a long time GM AC/DELCO employee my treatment by BRITTANY at ROBERT GREEN was HORRENDOUS. I will drive the extra 22 miles to go to Healey in the future and purchase my next Chevy directly from them based on my OUTSTANDING experience with John and the Girls in service at HEALY CHEVY. Of note Brittany mentioned to me during our initial call that she did not have "good enough" credit to purchase a new car as I had. Perhaps Robert Green Chevrolet should vet their employees better before intrudting them with customers personal information. This same review has been sent to the BBB and will be sent to my father's contacts at GM & hopefully an investigation will ensue to prevent this happening to any future non suspecting customers. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO TO HEALY CHEVY IN MIDDLETOWN. They seamlessly ordered my parts, called me within one week of my order accted my rewards points and even carried the mats to my car in the rain and they DID NOT sell my number. read more

Worst location to take your car for service. Took my vehicle for service (expresslube) 3 months intervals. Paid for air filter, oil filter and ow-20 synthetic oil as required by my vehicle manufacturer. I trusted that they were doing the right think afterall I was paying over $100 everytime. Came to find out that after 10 months of service they never changed my air filter, oil filter and were putting in the wrong oil. Had to go to a different mechanic to get my engine cleaned out proper oil used and filters truly changed. Not even my tires would they rotate which I also paid for. Their bad reputation is warranted. read more
