I understand if they are busy but the proper thing to say would have been, "let me take your number in case there is a cancellation." He offered little help and basically told me that if I relaxed and got a massage once in a while my neck would be fine. The following day I went to a chiropractor recommended by a friend who actually relieved my neck pain and gave me exercises as well as recommending physical therapy, which has helped tremendously. I feel badly giving such a poor review because Dr Marco is very funny and nice, but he was of no help to me.
