The owner agreed to come by to look at it and was unwilling to hear any of the concerns. He offered to put more sealant on the driveway for an additional fee (over $150) after saying it looked like there was too much sealer on the driveway to begin with. How is this a resolution? They installed our driveway 6 years ago and have been the only company to touch it since. Very disappointed to say the least.

He was sincere and he had his crew come and replace all my gutters with new ones. They were neat and Jamie was onsite. Leaf guards were not put back on. Jamie did offer to help with the leaf removal in the fall. Jaime is a hard working person who went the extra mime to make this right. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Island Granite and could not be happier with our new…read morequartz countertops. We worked with Emre and Shu, and both were exceptional. Shu helped us select the perfect quartz for our kitchen and bathroom. Because I needed to see a larger piece to truly understand how it would look, she called me within one day and arranged for the workers in the yard to cut a large sample from the slab. That extra effort made the decision so much easier. Emre was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. He gave us an excellent price and took the time to explain how to care for the quartz and how the warranty works. The person who came to measure was also terrific. He suggested several changes that made a great deal of sense and improved the final result. The installers were fabulous. We were keeping our existing backsplash, so I was concerned that it might be damaged when they removed the old granite countertop. They completed the removal with only one tiny sliver coming off the backsplash--and they repaired it so perfectly that you cannot even tell anything happened. Everyone at Island Granite was professional, knowledgeable, careful and accommodating. I highly recommend this company to anyone planning to update a kitchen or bathroom. They are absolutely amazing, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience and the beautiful results! Shelley stockner Sent from my iPhone
