I would never recommend them to anyone. Fast forward I needed the glass reinstalled asap I called Ryan @ superior glass and mirror. The professionalism and quick response time from Ryan was absolutely amazing called them Friday he came by with in an hour and Monday morning it's done. Anyone that has any glass or mirror work don't waist your time and call anyone else, as someone who is in the business I could not be happier and more impressed with the professionalism. We were n the market for new flooring. Starting with replacing our living room carpet…read more We shopped around to a few local flooring stores but weren't pleased with the selections, prices and most important, the sales people. When we walked into this store we met Joe who was very accommodating. He showed us some options but we noticed a remnant that was large enough to fit our living room. My wife fell in love with it and the deal was done. Mark came to measure and set the installation. Next we asked about hardwood flooring for upstairs. Time for a complete redo of the house. Mark took measurements and we began searching for more flooring. Again they were very easy to work with. No pressure at all, and several options to lower the cost. Well this morning was the install for the carpet. Two very nice and respectful young men show up and worked like a well oiled machine. Two hours later the furniture was moved, old carpet was out, and the new carpet was installed, and they replaced all the furniture. Next the looked at the pending job of the upstairs flooring. Again some good suggestions and what we thought would be a nightmare of a job, they assured us it would be another smooth install. He also graciously gave us lots of advice about the new front door we had had installed recently, showing us the errors in craftsmanship. He wanted us to understand why it wasn't closing properly and still giving a draft. He didn't have to take time to do all that and we really appreciate him. He is a perfectionist and I stand by my word that if you want doors and windows and he is the only one to go to. He is passionate about the field and it shows.

He is very friendly and really cares that his customers are happy. we had looked at a lot of different options for who we were going to choose for our windows and doors and we liked the personal attention and we could see that he really loves what he does. some of the other companies sometimes seemed like they were very aggressively trying to rope us in. He has a team/ crew that are on call around the clock and have come back several times to try to find the grids for my windows, which were so old that they were not even made any more. This required looking at floorplans and his team was very diligent and patient. He knew that I was rushing to get the job done in time for my birthday . Even though I was probably annoying he. actually accommodated this which was a miracle. I cannot wait for all my friends. To arrive at my birthday so I can show off my new doors.
