Unless you want to be robbed, do not shop with Robert Dyas.
TEN DAYS after an incomplete order, Robert Dyas has still not reimbursed me for the items the company did not deliver.
RD charged me for four items and for their express delivery as part of a larger order earlier this month. The lanterns did not arrive. yet I was charged for their delivery. More disingenuously, RD's online communication and receipt pretended that the order had been made. When I complained by telephone and email I was assured that I would be reimbursed for the missing items. TEN DAYS ON, I am still waiting for my money.
I will be taking this to Which! and suggest in the meantime that this shop is best avoided. read more
