Shor and Trufolo will not allow my records to transfer to Dr Liz. They are staying that they have a business agreement in place and I cannot transfer to another practice. In essence they are holding my records hostage which in turn requires me to see Shor and Trufolo whom I have no interest in seeing. The office manager has stated I am required to see Shor or Trufolo for my dental care. They are not at all concerned with my choice, it can only lead to one conclusion: they greedily only want the billing. They don't take the time to know you only threaten you when you want to leave. Placing the top denture in my friends mouth was very painful for her as she cried out in pain. As we were leaving she kept telling the doctor and nurse that her denture was loose, she was told that this was normal. The denture kept falling and staff was repeatedly told that it was uncomfortable but she was told she would just have to use glue. To this day the denture falls and it has caused my friend to continuously bite the inside of her mouth and her bottom lip causing sores and pain.
