I have been seeing Dr Chamberlain for a number of years. Several procedures did not go well. My primary care doctor diagnosed me with prostate cancer. I went to Duke Medical Center and had my prostate removed robotically. My recovery was successful. Dr. Chamberlain told me I could not be seen by any other urologist in Pinehurst Surgical Clinic because I went to Duke. I must now find a urologist out of town due to no other ones practicing locally. I find this to be very unfair. read more

I've seen Dr. Chamberlain twice and both times were so-so. He doesn't speak much and gives very little guidance. He sent me for kidney stone tests both times but I never got feedback. I had to keep calling for that information. Finally I received this message from him via the nurse/receptionist : "No stones found." How profound! If there was another group I could go to in Moore County I would, but therein lies the problem, and they know it. Slightly off topic, if Ralph S. (the commenter ahead of me), happens to see this response, I'm wondering why he gave Dr. Chamberlain 5 stars when his comment was negative? read more
