The planting highly overgrown and the amount of trash mulch on the property was unbelievable. 10 trucks filled to the brim it took to remove. If it was cleaned in 15 years I'm surprised. The grout was black and carpet was stained to the point of replacement. If your smart father father lived here it was a shame. The heath department should have been called in. What a shame this man was made to live in a nasty and unkept environment. Shame on you for allowing him to live in filth. The first week we have spent over $30k cleaning and repairing the house you terribly neglected. Shame on you sir for allowing your GRANT ANS INITELLIGENT FATHER TO LIVE THIS WAY. And what a shame you allowed us to and purchase a filthy home.A man of your means ( and wife) should be horsewhipped for the lack of integrity you have shown us with this property.Had we seen this house prior to purchasing I WOULD HAVE NEVER PAID YOU $700k. Upon making the appointment over the phone I was quoted $180 and told if I paid in cash/check I would receive a discount. Once I got to the office, the "discounted" price was still $180. That wasn't a big deal at the time, but I don't understand why a discount was offered if not going to be honored. The $180 quote was to include a consultation, adjustment, and xrays. 15 mins after my appointment time the first receptionist stated it would be a few more minutes until I received xrays- no big deal. Finally 25 mins later I was taken into a room only to be told by the other receptionist that the chiropractor would determine if I needed an X-ray... this made me not only very uncomfortable to possibly be adjusted without an X-ray, but it is extremely unethical to bill someone for a service that may not possibly be provided. Once the receptionist left, I remained waiting for yet another 20 mins and no signs of the chiropractor. It was at that time I decided to walk out and drive another 45 mins home. I had high expectations for this office, but the lack of time management and unethical billing for unprovided service is absolutely unacceptable.
