He communicates promptly, schedules meetings via zoom, and answers questions thoroughly. While many other providers are "out" of policies to accommodate younger consumers, and Washington Residents - Robert was able to offer us 2 policies that totaled LESS than a policy for just my husband with another agency (another agency who couldn't even offer me ANYTHING because I'm under 30!). I have been with my local Allstate agent for over a decade but never spoke to my actual agent only his assistant. It was transactional and impersonal. From the start of my call, I received excellent and knowledgeable customer service from this State Farm agency. A startling difference to Allstate. I was transferred to James who assisted me with getting a quote for Auto + Renters insurance coverage. The whole interaction was simple, straight-forward, and was completed during my commute home. I had received multiple quotes from AllState, Costco's American Family program, and Farmers, along with this State Farm quote. This State Farm premium was the cheapest with higher and more comprehensive coverage. James answered my questions with detailed knowledge offering suggestions on coverages based on my driving history and current needs. It was one of the most pleasant and informed conversations I have had with any insurance company. This is the start of my policy with them but I trust that if any claims arise I will be well taken care of.

My rates for this very minor collision went up 90%. I talked with my broker and he said that this was the best he could do and there was no way to bring the cost down. When I talked about this with someone close to me, they recommended I give Tyson a call, and so I reached out. Tyson was able to get me almost the exact same coverage for a very small increase over what my rate had been before my accident. Literally went from a 90% increase to about 15%. He spoke with me at length about what the new policy included and took the time to make sure I understood everything before we made an agreement. On top of the big benefit to my wallet, I recently was out of town renting a car in Las Vegas when I noticed the agency required a copy of my insurance policy (not just the card) in order to avoid having to pay for the rental agency's insurance. I reached out to Tyson who immediately sent over the policy after also suggesting a temporary addition to my policy that would add additional common sense protections in case I was involved in a wreck in the rental car. The addition was just a couple bucks, but would cover things that could potentially be a huge cost in case of another fender bender. That's above and beyond type service already. He even called me about three weeks later to cancel the addition we had added so it wasn't left on the policy with no benefit. Absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for coverage that comes with great customer support.
