After a few, lets say "incidents" my auto insurance was going to go up. I had to make a switch. After trying to quote me several different policies he said to go get some other quotes and there's bound to be someone cheaper. WHAT?? We chose to have our policies placed with another company because Rallie no longer was an advocate for us when we had claims issues (which were significant this year). He was unresponsive and lacked any type of promised follow through. It is very telling when it is much easier to get him to cancel your policy than to respond to you when you are his client. It is sad that our business relationship with him, after so many years, ended due to lack of his service.
