After Jeanette inserting the needle in my 9 yr olds arm and she could not get the vine she kept putting it in and out and in and out which causing pain and bursing and I told her to remove it before it turns into a big burise. Instead of having good customer service and trying to reassure my child and I she gives me an attitude and asked me if I have any medical background which I do but why would that be your response my minor child's life is in your hands and this is the way you talk and reac. absolutely mind blowing! I struggle with high anxiety and getting this procedure done has seemed nearly impossible for me through the years until finding Dr. Kelly. I admittedly pushed it off for way too long which also made me concerned that I would have a very difficult healing- which was not the case! I was treated with the utmost care, professionalism and kindness from every single staff member the entire time. They knew about my anxiety level and provided extra comfort and reassurance which gave me more confidence in committing to the procedure here. Customer service: 10000/10. During my consultation, everything was explained in great detail to me, but also in a very comforting manner! The anxiety was still there, but it was clear how much Dr. Kelly cared and meticulously formed a plan for my surgery. I had feared since I waited so long complications would be guaranteed, but she explained everything she would do to take care of my situation to prevent any issues. Of course, some risk of complications is always there for this type of surgery at my age (29), but when you are in the right hands it can make a huge difference. The day of my surgery was extremely easy for me, I could not believe it. The only part I remember (and disliked) was the blood draw which is a part of her healing technique (worth it honestly), other than that I don't even remember falling asleep under sedation. I was in the chair, and suddenly I woke up and was ready to go home. By following the provided detailed instructions and medication plans, I did not feel much pain post-op at all! Day 2 was the only noticeable day where my swelling was at its max and I felt higher pressure/tightness in my teeth. Each day to follow has felt better than the last. I am on day 8 now and feeling much more back to normal, stitches dissolved, I just have some sensitivity left. I rate this entire experience and office 10000/10. The entire team's expertise, care, and kindness made this a much more positive experience than my brain ever could have imagined. I have already recommended Dr. Kelly to individuals looking for oral surgery and will continue to do so!

Hence being able to schedule * They don't hard sell things like electric toothbrushes (No, I don't want your $200 toothbrush, Precision Smiles!) * They don't charge for services that weren't actually performed (I'm looking at you, Aspen Dental ) * They work with your insurance to ensure appointments and services are covered * I actually feel comfortable and at ease with the deep cleanings and dental work that used to terrify me. For the first time in a long time, I didn't have a panic attack and start crying before a procedure. So that was awesome! Due in large part to Dorothy, the best hygienist I've ever been too! She's not only gentle, but so forth coming and honest with what's going on and what's needed. Thankfully, she can also carry a conversation alone! Lol! My dentist was awesome too, but I can't quite recall her name... maybe Dr. Sun? Most comfortable I've ever been during a filling! Feels weird that I'm actually looking forward to going back for my next checkup, lol!

He took 30k and I was left with an implant piece that came loose in two weeks and a raging infection. He blamed me because I once ate nuts he refused to take accountability. After threatening to sue he gave back only 20k kept 10 k because he's greedy. I went to clear choice they redid them all, gave me temp teeth no denture. They did it in one day lifetime guarantee. My teeth are beautiful and I am going on a year. Truth is a general dentist is way out of his league my oral surgeon fixed the mess. Shame on him for pocketing the 10 k after the mess he made.

While I was signing in, the receptionist was speaking to someone else regarding their insurance - no problem, you're busy, I get it. However, I wasn't able to speak to her because of that and decided to sit down since I had signed in anyway. Surely she'd check the clipboard eventually since she also saw me, right? Well, nineteen minutes later passed - now 12:13 pm and I still wasn't even acknowledged. I go to the front desk - no receptionist. Okay, I'll wait, I think to myself. Five minutes passed and finally is when the receptionist comes back - now 12:18 pm, 24 minutes since I've arrived at the facility. I tell the receptionist that I arrived at 11:54 am and now, 12:18 pm, have still not even been acknowledged and instead have to go to HER to get some sort of acknowledgement. (I know that she hadn't even checked the clipboard even though she saw me from when I arrived because when I went to the front desk to wait for her to come back, the blue label still hadn't been ripped off.) She apologized and relayed to me that there were call outs that day. I asked her if I was going to get charged for "missing" this appointment even though I was in fact present - since the consent forms online before you get to the appointment did give a discretion that patient's might be charged for a "missed", "reserved" spot. She assured me not. But during this exchange, while mentioning that I had not even been acknowledged even though I arrived almost twenty-five minutes before, and mentioned that I signed in to the chart WHILE she was talking to someone else, meaning I couldn't talk to her face-to-face while signing the check-in chart, her demeanor changed and she immediately got an attitude with me where she no longer looked at me and remained looking at her computer. I could tell that her demeanor changed. I asked her for her name - she said it was Nancy - and asked her one more time if I was going to get charged and she replied "no, sir." I asked her "did you just call me sir"? She goes "yes, or no, ma'am, whatever." I asked her to speak to her manager and she said that there was no leadership there today and that manager "Lex" was going to be there tomorrow 11/12/24. I left. It's one thing having to wait for an appointment after being acknowledged. It's one thing when multiple people call out - I've worked in retail, I know what that's like and can completely understand. It's another thing entirely to have the receptionist give YOU attitude when you're the patient and then disrespect you even though SHE dropped the ball after NOT taking a look at the sign-in chart even though she physically saw me sign it, NOT acknowledged me still, and STILL be away from the desk for five minutes (from when I got there at 12:13p and waited until 12:18p). She said her name is Nancy. If she lied or gave me a bogus name, it was the receptionist who was working today, November 11th 2024, Monday, Veteran's Day. I would love to speak to the manager, still, of this facility to complain directly to them regarding Nancy's behavior. Thanks.

My response, "Only if my insurance will pay for it." A couple minutes later, they returned saying that my insurance will pay for it. A month later I get a bill in the mail because my insurance did not approve to pay for it. I appealed with my insurance and they still will not pay it. Now I must pay the bill as I'm being threatened that my account will be turned over to collection agency with an additional 25% fee of the balance. Additionally, I was not able to be seen for over 4 months and then at my appointment I had to wait 2+ hours after my appointment time to finally be seen. The staff seemed friendly but also bias. I do not recommend this dentist office!

Woke up with absolutely no pain and next to no swelling. By the end of the day all swelling was gone and within a few days I was almost fully healed. Considering the circumstances (not that oral surgery is by any means fun), it was a great experience. The Dr personally called me as a follow up to check how I was doing. Dr Turbyfil is a true craftsman in his trade and I would absolutely recommend him! As a side note, I read another review on here and I'm sure they meant well. Strictly my opinion and viewpoint on the matter though, anyone can be accused of anything at any time and unfortunately it seems the masses jump straight to conclusions with no due process. I really would like to believe that the medical review board would not allow any Dr who posed a threat of any nature to continue to practice.

Although Dr.Turbyfill does great work on the preparation with the gums for the implants. mine were too damaged by radiation. I told him this event. One day I had an appointment where I was to speak. Half way there I suddenly realized that I forgot my dentures, my stomach sank. I didn't have time to go back home and if I kept the appointment. I thought the 1st thing lf anyone mentioned my name Ed Oconnell a picture would come into their mind of me with no teeth and drooling words. Well those traffic jams in Orlando can be pretty rough so I was late but I had my dentures. He laughed ,but he didn't have to ask again "would I like to have implants".
