I have found a new PCP but how or if I'll ever be able to get my medical records is in question. If something terrible happened to him (he always seemed to be so real and above board) then I apologize except I would not expect the person I knew to be so vague about opening a new office and appearing to deceive his patients with so little concern for US. It seems there could be a more respectful way to treat us. Hopefully he wasn't sued but with so little info it only leaves it up to our imagination. Speak to us Dr. John Crescitelli!!

She is very personable and I like her style of communication. *Wait Times are a mixed bag. If you cannot wait in the office please let the office know that you are on a tight schedule and to pick a slot that doesn't get too backed up. I've experienced both on time appointments and appointments an hour late. If you are sick and need an appointment right away I have found that she tries to squeeze you in. In some cases this is great if you're sick, but can adversely affect the current appointments for that day For me, it's more important to find a doctor who will prescribe needed orders and medications than wait times. So I've just managed expectations on that front. I understand some others may feel different.

She didn't respond to texts from the office manager, who said she had been talking about stepping away from the practice. What kind of doctor just doesn't show up to work when you have appointments scheduled and doesn't communicate to patients that you won't be in the office? Completely wasted my time and had to call another doctor to send lab orders in. Have already found a new primary care doctor and scheduled my annual.

Dr. Clarissa Harris has been my Primary Care Physician since we moved down here from New York 5…read moreyears ago. Out of the list I researched of possible doctors meeting the requirements I was looking for, I serendipitously picked Dr. Harris merely because she was closest to where we moved to. Boy, were The Fates in my corner that day! She turned out to be The BEST! Her specialty is listed as Family Medicine, but the scope of her medical knowledge, expertise and caring go far beyond those two simple words. A Family Physician practices Family Medicine, which is a medical specialty that provides continuing and comprehensive health care for the individual and family across all ages, sexes, diseases, and parts of the body. That requires an enormous amount of knowledge and she is a brilliant physician and diagnostician, who also has the kindest personality through which she provides compassionate caring for her patients. I consider myself very lucky and fortunate to be one of them! And, I may add, that all of her referrals to specialists for me, and there have been many, have all been in the same stellar category that she calls home. I highly recommend Dr. Harris to anyone looking for a top-notch physician! Martin Brandel

I called to make an appointment with a cardiologist and Tasha first told me that the cardiologist did not treat cholesterol issues! . Then she said that they did not take my insurance. She switched me to Melissa in the MD's office who was even worse than Tasha. She had major attitude and refused to give me an appointment but gave me the number for the billing dept 954-351-4702 ( in case anyone else needs help) Phyllis in billing confirmed that my insurance was ok and pulled up records of my previous visits.
