I cannot say enough good things about Wondra Spine & Pain Associates and Dr. Andrew Wondra…read more I came to Dr. Wondra with a complex and frustrating sciatica issue that had been significantly impacting my daily life and my ability to dance as an amateur competitive ballroom dancer. From my very first visit, Dr. Wondra was attentive, engaged, and genuinely invested in understanding my condition. He took extra time to carefully review my prior MRIs and extensive medical records from surgeries and treatments I had undergone in New York, which immediately made me feel heard and respected as a patient. What truly sets Dr. Wondra apart is his compassion and holistic approach to care. He recognized not only the physical pain I was experiencing, but how deeply it affected my lifestyle and passion for dancing. During my initial consultation, he even found time in his busy schedule to provide treatment that offered meaningful pain relief while also helping him better diagnose the underlying root cause of my condition. Dr. Wondra combines cutting-edge medical knowledge with a forward-thinking mindset. He is clearly familiar with the latest treatments and technologies, many of which are available right in his office. At the same time, he thoughtfully incorporates non-medical recommendations and lifestyle considerations into his care plan. He continues to work closely with me to develop an ongoing strategy to manage my pain and, most importantly, keep me on the dance floor. The office itself is conveniently located, well run, and welcoming. The staff--Catherine, Lexi, and Dee--are outstanding: capable, empathetic, friendly, personable, conscientious, and incredibly accommodating. They truly complement Dr. Wondra's approach and make every visit a positive experience. If you are dealing with spine or nerve-related pain and want a physician who listens, cares, and treats you as a whole person--not just a diagnosis--I highly recommend Dr. Andrew Wondra and his entire team.

My first appointment was in the Boynton office for 10am on 2/19. I was given the address and upon arriving, there are 4-5 buildings with the same address and each building had a letter. I am not given the lettered building to go to and aimlessly drive around for 10 minutes looking for their office. I call their toll free line and am 12th in line to speak to someone. After another 10 minutes, I ask which building to go to and am told they don't know and will contact the center. The center gets on the line and gives me an address, I say "ma'am I am well aware of the address, how about giving me a building number. I finally arrive at their office at 10 am and hand the lady my paperwork. At 10:30, I go to the counter and ask the lady how much longer I', going to have to wait. Her response is "your next in line and you had an attitude before you even got here and I can reschedule if I want" TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL!! At 10:45 I ask for my papers back and call to schedule an appointment with another one of their offices. This appointment is scheduled for 2/22 at 9am. In doing some due diligence, I reach out to David Wood who is the Chief Experience Officer of this entire group. He is very cordial on the phone, I tell him what transpired, he says he is sorry and asks me if I want him to contact the office and speak to the parties involved. I was baffled. How about just doing your job Mr. Wood as the Chief Experience Officer as my experience sucked!!! OK so I go into my appointment on 2/22 at 8:50 and sign in. 2 minutes later, a woman calls my name and tells me that my appointment is with a nurse practitioner (of which I was NEVER told) and that she can't see me today (of which I NEVER received a call) After leaving their office not a happy camper, I proceeded to text Mr. Wood at 8:53 and no response.
