I called back up on May 7th to make another appointment and they had a package (normally $85 each massage, but we bought a 4 pack for $75.00) that cost $300.00 I paid it and made 2 appointments for Bob with Emily one on May 8th at 6pm, and the other was for Saturday June 2nd. Bob received a phone call at 3pm on May 8th that Emily was sick and they had reschedule. So our next appointment was for Bob and myself this Saturday June 2nd at 10am. I just received a phone call from Danielle that Emily would be out of town and they had to cancel Bobs appointment for this Saturday. I asked her to please cancel my appointment as well and refund us our $300 as this is the 2nd time in a row his massage was cancelled. She said she had to speak with someone and would call me back. I called the place we used to get massages and they were able to fit us both in this Saturday. Danielle calls me back again and says Emily will be able to do Bobs massage. I asked if she is going to be out of town, how is she able to do the massage? I asked again to please just cancel my massage and refund us our money. As for my manicure, it came out nice, however, no cuticles were cut and after removing my dip nail polish, filing and buffing, nail polish was put directly into my nails without cleaning them. My nail tech was very sweet, however for the price of everything in addition to the fact that I was there for 3 hours and the gel nail polish chipped and lifted within 4 days.. I would not come back. As I checked out, I had my first time discount which I don't even think was applied and then I was told no AMEX, which is the only credit cards I carry. It would have been nice if someone let me know ahead of time or a sign was displayed at the front desk. I luckily had some cash on me to deposit so I used all the cash I had.
