The lady starts talking for a solid 8 minutes about how tight everything is and I need more time. I tell her I don't have time and thank her anyway she continues how I'm so tight that I need these special herbs in the lotion to put on my skin and started doing it anyway before I agreed and then said that it was $10 more when I told her I don't need it she continued pressuring me, and kept getting louder and louder now I am not one to be pressured and embarrassed. It took me raising my voice and telling her loudly I CANNOT AFFORD IT. Now there are other people, I shouldn't have had to do that when I told her no the first time and she kept going and going. It's in Wellington/Royal Palm so I'm guessing she figured that I had money to throw around and that if she got louder i'd be embarrassed and would just agree. Tried to say something to who I thought was the owner on the way out but he didn't seem to understand what I was saying just "ok'd" me like 3 times and said have a nice day. Honestly this was the first time I had someone there pressuring me as bad as she was but I just needed to share my experience.

We decided that we would do a combo massage -- part foot massage and part back -- for an hour. My treat for a belated Christmas present! The spa was easy to find. The parking lot was busy with lots of stores nearby, but we found a space. We got there a bit early, but they took us right away. The darkened room had a number of "beds" . We were directed to put our shoes etc in a little basket by the bed. Our "therapists"introduced themselves and gave us each a hot water filled basin for our feet. As we lay back to get comfortable with soothing music in the background, we were covered with towels and a cloth over our eyes. First the arms and the hands, then the feet and legs. And after turning over, it was the neck, shoulders and entire back. My therapist had strong hands and reached every muscle knot. Some I didn't even knew I had. After we were done, we tipped, and then came payment time at the front desk. We were each given a bottle of cold water and a loyalty card. The card can be stamped each time you visit and once filled gives you a freebie. Such a lovely treat. We have already decided we are coming back.

BE WARE!! PATRON AT YOUR OWN RISK!The owner, Jack, quite literally almost killed me…read more He cracked my neck and gave me an aggressive massage even though I kept telling him it was too much. He cut off circulation to my brain (the point on the side of your neck to make people black out) and what was supposed to be a quick massage turned into permanent disability. Their "cracking service" is outside of their scope of practice. They are not licensed to nor allowed to by law adjust people or manipulate spines intentionally. I have 10 herniated disc discs due to "Jack" pushing my head into my spine. He originally cracked my neck and I told him to stop that I didn't want him to do any cracking. He was very condescending toward me and told me that 'just a massage is no good.' He proceeded to put me in a lock with his arms around my body and pushed my head down into my spine. Shortly thereafter I passed out. I was in a neck race for almost 2 months and have permanent damage. He provided videos of him performing the massage when subpoenaed by the court during litigation. For whatever reason, he was intensely more aggressive during my massage than with other clients. This large man was standing on a bench, pushing his whole body weight into my spine. He pushed some vertebrae forward in my lower back and now I have nerve damage on both of my legs (happens to be the nerve connected to the sciatic nerve - and it's pinched on both the lest and right side). At the time of my massage they did not have any liability insurance and I cannot imagine that after this lawsuit, they are able to get any at any location. Clients beware and do not go here! I am unfortunately not the only one he has permanently injured - check out his Google reviews as well! this is all public information- search clerk of courts or the business name and you will find the suit.

We've been looking for a legitimate, comfortable, and reasonably priced place in Lake Worth, and we'd bookmarked this location last time we were in the area. Before committing to a regular massage, I like first to try out a place. My husband called and we were able to get a morning appointment for both of us at the same time. When we came by, a bit early, they were able to take us right away. They even have a separate room just for foot massages! The shop has been here for about twelve years, but they have relatively new owners. The lounge chairs were quite comfortable. They had relaxing music in the background and the sound of water rippling. Unlike many other spots, there's no sitting with your feet in water for ten minutes. Here they wash your feet with warm cloths. Then they apply the massage oil and begin. First one foot then the other. There's also a bit of massage on your legs; a touch on your arms. The application of hot smooth stones. And finally at the end, the excess oils are wiped off. We both were very happy with Lily and Lisa. They were friendly and personable and skillful. We can't wait to return again for either another foot massage or even a full body massage.
