I was able to make an apt that same day with Hailey. They advised me to get a deep tissue massage $90 for 50 minutes. I told her the areas that were hurting and she got right to work. By that night my pain was gone and I was back to feeling great!

Upon arriving, I was immediately greeted and brought to the massage room by Connie. She asked if there were any areas that needed special attention and any areas to avoid to which I shared and she absolutely took note of that. I carry all of my stress and tension in my shoulders and she did a great job melting those knots away. Truly the 80 minutes flew by and before I knew it my massage was over. This was by far the best massage I've had and I can't wait to come back.

The lady starts talking for a solid 8 minutes about how tight everything is and I need more time. I tell her I don't have time and thank her anyway she continues how I'm so tight that I need these special herbs in the lotion to put on my skin and started doing it anyway before I agreed and then said that it was $10 more when I told her I don't need it she continued pressuring me, and kept getting louder and louder now I am not one to be pressured and embarrassed. It took me raising my voice and telling her loudly I CANNOT AFFORD IT. Now there are other people, I shouldn't have had to do that when I told her no the first time and she kept going and going. It's in Wellington/Royal Palm so I'm guessing she figured that I had money to throw around and that if she got louder i'd be embarrassed and would just agree. Tried to say something to who I thought was the owner on the way out but he didn't seem to understand what I was saying just "ok'd" me like 3 times and said have a nice day. Honestly this was the first time I had someone there pressuring me as bad as she was but I just needed to share my experience.

They just dispensed medication and hoped it would help. He explains in detail how one pain is caused by several factors including lack of stretching. I called back up on May 7th to make another appointment and they had a package (normally $85 each massage, but we bought a 4 pack for $75.00) that cost $300.00 I paid it and made 2 appointments for Bob with Emily one on May 8th at 6pm, and the other was for Saturday June 2nd. Bob received a phone call at 3pm on May 8th that Emily was sick and they had reschedule. So our next appointment was for Bob and myself this Saturday June 2nd at 10am. I just received a phone call from Danielle that Emily would be out of town and they had to cancel Bobs appointment for this Saturday. I asked her to please cancel my appointment as well and refund us our $300 as this is the 2nd time in a row his massage was cancelled. She said she had to speak with someone and would call me back. I called the place we used to get massages and they were able to fit us both in this Saturday. Danielle calls me back again and says Emily will be able to do Bobs massage. I asked if she is going to be out of town, how is she able to do the massage? I asked again to please just cancel my massage and refund us our money. I was then told that the owner or manager was only one who could do that and she was out of town for 2-3 weeks! Had to dispute with CC company.
