I needed a car charger installed for overnight charging. My wife and me use the same electrician over and over, but lately he has been hard to reach. I called him a few times and never got a response. I put out a search on yelp for different companies. Several offered to come out. Roberto skipped that part and just asked for a photo of the electrical box and where the unit would be installed. I sent him the info, and within minutes he gave me a quote, which was a great value compared to the estimates I saw on-line. We set a date/time for the job based on my schedule in 4 days. When an earlier date in my scheduled opened up, 2 days sooner, he accommodated. When I first contacted the owner Robert he listened to my concerns and gave me a reasonable estimate. when he arrived to my home to repair a couple of malfunctioning sockets around my house he quickly found out the issues, got everything done in a reasonable time and was very efficient. He made sure to clean after himself and did not leave any mess behind when he was at my home. I also brought up a couple of lights I wanted to change the house and switch over to fans, we quickly had this plan to get done the next day. Roberto quoted me - what I thought was a very reasonable price - to switch the location of two ceiling fans. He was able to come do the work within a day of the quote and then did a great job!!! He even took the time to throughly wipe down one of the ceiling fans that had an extra coat of dust on the blades and fixture. Roberto did a great job running Ethernet cable from a service panel in a bedroom closet to a room on the other side of the house. I felt terrible that he had to go up in the attic at 2:00 PM in FL heat, but he pushed through and did very high quality work. The price seemed very reasonable given how miserable the work was to do.
