She was attentive, kind, and handled everything with such professionalism despite clearly being given a lot of responsibility. She truly stood out and made our experience better. I did notice that she was responsible for distributing food, handing out sodas and waters, and assisting guests all at once. It seemed like she was being pulled in many directions while other staff were not stepping in to support her. From a guest perspective, it felt like a missed opportunity -- not only for efficiency and service flow, but also for her personally. Alexis has the personality and skill set of a strong bartender, and it seemed like she wasn't being utilized in a way that allows her (or the business) to maximize her strengths or earning potential. She was essentially serving waters and sodas while having the ability to provide full bar service, which would benefit both her and the establishment. My intention in sharing this is truly positive. Alexis is a fantastic employee and clearly cares about the guests and the establishment. Supporting team members like her and ensuring responsibilities are balanced among staff would likely improve both customer experience and employee satisfaction. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I appreciate the effort that goes into running a busy place like yours and wanted to share feedback that I hope is helpful.

Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The management is awful, and the lane maintenance is completely subpar. Between my son and I, we have had multiple bowling balls severely damaged by these lanes. One of my balls has suffered damage so extensive that it required a full resurface on four different occasions. Even worse, both of us have brought in brand-new balls, only to have them gouged and damaged on day one of hitting the lanes. Whenever an incident happens, they will address the immediate mechanical issue, but they completely neglect to maintain the lanes to prevent it from happening again. It has become such a frustrating cycle that I actually dropped out of my league. I refuse to pay their high prices just to risk destroying my equipment week after week. Through all of this, management has never once reached out to apologize or rectify the situation. I know it's become such a widespread issue that they recently started fixing ball damage in-house, but frankly, I'd much rather pay out of pocket to take my gear to my trusted pro shop so I know the repairs are done correctly. If you care about your bowling equipment, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

This is the only place in town I've been able to find with a photo booth that has the outside camera on it. Really comes in handy with a big family. The employees at the prize booth area were also incredible and very fun to talk to. Sissy was also great. She was one of the lovely people holding down the buffet area and was so polite and attentive. She made sure everything was fresh and stocked and kept the whole section looking clean, which we really appreciated. Awesome service all around from that young lady along with her other buffet mates! Now this is where it goes south. At some point in the night we were about to ask someone if we could have cones for the ice cream but Sissy beat us to it and filled them right up. Not long after we heard her getting yelled at by another employee, maybe a manager or something, over refilling the cones. Again, the cones were fully refilled and many of us were already enjoying our ice cream. However this woman was yelling at her over it from probably 2 feet away in front of all the customers and employees around. At some point they said something about a walkie talkie being out of battery, which can happen to anyone. A bit later she comes back and comes at her again in the salad bar telling her she needs to be refilling everything faster. Everything looked pretty full apart from like the bread which came out like 1 minutes later. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or if that was her daily attitude but it was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. It was also really uncomfortable to witness for us and the kids. I never did get her name because she felt very unapproachable but we ended our visit on a pretty sour note because of her. I hope she's not like this with every employee, but she honestly shouldn't be like this with ANY employee regardless. Apart from her though this is a fun place to take the kids or yourselves. Edit: I think her name was Marney or Martha or something similar to those.

Lots of choices on the menu. Our group of 6 mainly ordered wings, I ordered the blackened pasta and another the kids sliders. First off, portions are MASSIVE! So that's a plus. Everyone seemed to enjoy their wings, I however didn't really care for the pasta. It was very salty. We don't play games or anything, so I can't speak on that, but restaurant is clean and very spacious.

Paid for bowling and dinner, but ended up leaving hungry and spending even more elsewhere…read more We came in with our child and fiancé, paid $80 for a bowling lane for 2 hours, and expected to enjoy a fun family night that included bowling and dinner. Instead, we ended up leaving early despite our game still having over a half hour left, going to BJ's (great experience and customer service) to eat, and spending almost double what we had planned because we received no service at all during our time here. When we first arrived, our waitress brought us three waters at 7:30 when our lane time started, but after that we were completely forgotten. About 35 minutes into our bowling time, we still had not been greeted to order food or drinks, even though we saw our waitress repeatedly walking back and forth servicing the same three lanes on the far left servicing the same men over and over. I eventually had to walk up to the bar myself to order drinks because no one had come to our lane. Bartender was great and attentive, and took my drink order right away. When I returned, I asked a busser walking by if we could get a waitress and was told, "I'll go find her." She later came back and said she couldn't find her but thought someone else would help us. However, both employees continued taking care of the same lanes and never came over to check on us. Again, I asked the lady that helped us check into our bowling lane if we can please get a waitress to put a food order in with. She never came. I once again had to walk to the bar myself to order more drinks because our child was thirsty and we still had not had anyone come take our order. As I was walking back to our lane with two sodas and a drink in my hands, the same employee that assisted with check us in to bowling asked, "She hasn't come to take your order?" I said no, and she responded, "Oh, sorry," before i walked over to our lane. By that point, we had already been there for an hour and 25 minutes and had received absolutely no service beyond the original waters. Not once, if there was cameras will they see the waitress or waitor make it even close to our lane. Not once did a waitress come to lane 1 to take our order or check if we needed anything. I spoke with the manager and explained everything because our child's experience was ruined. We booked two hours to bowl, have fun, and enjoy a family night, but our child was hungry and by the time anyone finally came over, our bowling time was almost over. The manager offered an appetizer or brownie, but at that point it was too late. This is actually the third time we have had issues receiving any kind of service while booking a bowling lane at this location. I completely understand that busy nights, short staffing, weekends, or holidays can make things difficult, but this was a quiet Wednesday night and the location was not busy. There was no reason we should have been ignored the entire time. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt the first two times, but after the exact same issue happening repeatedly, I can understand why the reviews for this location are so poor. Spending this much money for a family experience and leaving disappointed every single time is extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, we have learned our lesson and will not be returning.
