Ryan came out and offered to put on boot covers, brought a drop cloth for debris, and drug out his ladder. I'm glad we called them because he had to modify the fan box, because of course this old house wouldn't have 16" OC joists. Took about 60-90 minutes and when he was done, wrapped up the drop cloth, helped me move a table back in place, swept up the floor for anything missed, and called it a day. Super nice guy, and great to work with. We discussed a couple of future projects as well. I'm looking forward to calling them back.
