    Dr. Bandoni's office is conveniently located in a well-manicured/ managed business development…read morebehind the Hanover Mall with plenty of free parking. The office is run by Dr. Bandoni's lovely wife, Mary. They have a technician, Lacy, who has been there for years. This is a true mom & pop practice. They are very warm and caring with their patients and will move appointments around to accommodate patients with dental emergencies. I used to go every 6 months for cleanings but due to financial constraints, had not been to the dentist for 8 years. That said, I have been blessed with healthy teeth and try to do my part so I have never had any cavities. He only charged $140 for a very thorough cleaning - a deep scraping, examination and polishing/ cleaning. My gums have been sensitive lately and he showed me that I had not been properly brushing at the gum line and the dispensible dental floss holders I had been using were not properly hugging the teeth and had caused minor issues. He did not try to up charge me and said I can hold off on xrays given the overall health of my teeth. Dr. Bandoni is a thorough dentist who cares about his patients and is funny and entertaining to boot. I have not gone to him for extensive work as I have not needed it but for normal maintenance, he is very thorough and his fees are reasonable/ comparable to other local dentists. I have had other dentists in the past who charged more (one dentist in Norwell charged me $50 to meet with him for 5 minutes after I got hit in a car accident and had broken a tooth on impact and he could not do an exam because my mouth was so swollen...but could charge $50 for 5 minutes of his "time" despite the fact I had gone to him for years) and pushed me through like an assembly line and he is a welcomed change from past dentists.

    So, look.... let's get really real…read more.. I'd been coming to this establishment since the G.W. Bush Era in the early 2000s. It's TIME to move on. They had their ups & downs, but within the past 4-ish years after improving, it started to decay. Cul-de-sac. Originally, the office folks have these super powers to remember your names, faces, had your phone numbers and appointments memorized. It was like WOW. At 1 point, there was a dentist there whom has a major attitude problem... so we worked around it by going to 1 specific dentist that was "the good dentist"... But, it was nearby where we worked, and was willing to take our insurance... which wasn't commonly taken back then... Well, times have changed and like EVERYWHERE practically takes the insurance. They're not open on Tuesday, or Saturdays... waiting room waits are horrendously LOOOOOOOOONG even tho' YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, which can ALSO get canceled AS YOU ARE WAITING within the waiting room. We've had appointments that we'd showed up to, and the office was locked n closed, or the dentist never showed up. The management is AWFUL. Gone are the days of the staff w super powers of photographic memories like chiropractors. At some point during the Obama Era the quality started tanking. It was small things here and there. AT FIRST. When before they were gracious & magnanimous enough to allow us to get appointments so that everyone in the family (3 of us) could all have our appointment on the same days 1 after the other. They just flat out STOPPED bothering, even tho' they said it wasn't a problem. I personally had no major issues with the dentist I frequented, nor the dental assistants -just the staff at the desk were odd, or off. For whatever reason the dentist treated me just fine, but anyone else that ever came here had the worst stories, then it started to be my kid and my spouse. But, they would also start scheduling my spouse & kid together and not schedule me at all. At 1 point, I kept calling them last year and they'd insisted that they would "send you a card" as a reminder to book an appointment, which never came. So, by September I called, and they were like, don't worry, but they were too busy to talk, and told me they'd call back. They didn't. After a few times trying, by October they were like: Fine. But wouldn't give me an appointment UNTIL JANUARY or FEB the following year. Let's be frank, no one likes going there anymore, and the last few times I was there, I was THE ONLY PERSON THERE. NO one in the waiting room, and even after waiting FOREVER, there was also NO ONE IN THE BACK BEING WORKED ON, NOR COMING OUT. If they give you confusing information on a voicemail about an appointment, and you have the utter human common sense to call in and clarify the information on ur break at work, u will end up being STUCK on the phone the entire break, and STILL GET NOWHERE. No one will even call u back. (THEY ALSO NEVER EVEN SAY "SORRY".) My spouse has a string of frustrations with them ALL SPRING & ESPECIALLY THIS SUMMER, that after the flaming stressful, hair-pulling, mismanagement of the establishment, he walked into a local dentist down the street from our house, and was treated immediately for a cap that would NOT STOP FALLING OUT. Turns out, HE NEVER EVEN NEEDED THAT CAP AT ALL. Mind you, they insisted that CAP was so utterly necessary, and it was dire. Turns out, it wasn't that bad, and he only needed a filling. Oh, u think that's BAD??? Well, that cap had to be paid for OUT OF POCKET because insurance didn't pay it, and whenever it FELL OFF and needed a repair, THAT'S ANOTHER OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE for their screw-up. (We're very low income.) We're shopping for a new dental establishment now. They also rescheduled AGAIN and canceled this morning. The amount of common sense a reasonable normal human being has, is VERY LACKING here even for those whom OUGHT to be PROFESSIONAL. If you guys are on COCAINE YOU NEED TO GET HELP. THIS is typical behavior of coke-heads.

    THE WORST DENTIST !!! I don't think they are dentists…read more Dr. Lin and Dr. Yin are "Extremely LAZY Asian Dentist" Always Late. They Leave early. They were not thorough at all. Don't be fooled. These Asians are Terrible Dentist. They really Suck. Careless. Unsanitary. Giving all Asians a bad name. WAAAAYY Over Priced for shitty work. They caused me pain and discomfort from day one. (3yrs) Teeth Cleanings are done in less than 3 minutes. Disorganized front desk. You will repeatedly hear "Ooooh, You be fine". "You be fine". YOU WILL NOT BE FINE ! Stay away from this place at the Hanover Mall, Randolph, and elsewhere. They will Unident your Face, Life and wallet. You will get nothing for your money except MISERY !!!! They should not be allowed to practice...! Shut them down "before" the Mall closes. Their rating minus 10 Stars
