I asked to talk to Dr. Meier before the extraction. He was reluctant and uncomfortable with my question, then he rushed me out of the room. As his caretaker, I never have problems talking to my brother's doctors. I only recently found out that this doctor also knocked out my brother's existing crown and had to glue it back in that day. My brother was afraid to tell me until just now. I can accept the crown dislodging as a normal accident and he fixed it with no issues. But given his discomfort with my question, then not telling me about the crown incident, I'm annoyed. Maybe he had an off day, but we will nonetheless request a different surgeon in the future.

Dr. Rubeiz ("call me Tony") is a fantastic surgeon. His touch is deliberate but also very delicate. Post surgery, I'm experiencing little to no pain.......amazing! Dr. Rubeiz takes the time to explain everything, and is quite amenable to any and all questions. I also want to point out the friendliness of all the support staff at both locations. And the two dental assistants working with Dr. Rubeiz (Kelly in Plymouth and Erica in Norwell) are very professional, while also extremely friendly and caring!
