Excellent. I have never had such a comprehensive initial exam and felt so confident about - "yes, I've come to the right place". First off, I am profoundly deaf. Everyone I interacted with bent over backwards to accommodate my condition. They were respectful. They made sure I understood what was being said. They took the time. Sad to say, that is not the case 90% of the time. Neda, the office manager, had immediate answers to my many questions about costs and backed it up with hard copy paperwork. Just like that! There was no - "well, I don't know - I'll have to get back to you blah-blah". Most impressive. Joyce, my hygienist, was gentle yet thorough. I've had cleanings and xrays before and this was by far superior to any other place I have ever been. And their technology is so "current". Dr. Neda Hovaizi was so comforting as she explained what she felt was the appropriate route for me to follow. She was able to answer questions about some costs without having to refer me to someone else. I actually got the see the doctor even though I was just there for cleaning and xrays! And she did not rush. This is truly an office which communicates extremely well and works as a team for the benefit of all. I now know where I stand with current and down-the-road needs - as in time frame, as well as expenses! This practice is highly professional yet so very, very kind and caring. Wow - this place is awesome! I had my previous dentist for 10 years until I moved, and I was a bit hesitant to get my teeth cleaned at a new place. I called them up and they were quick to fit me in the same week for a cleaning. I received text message reminders, and they even proactively told me that my insurance covered the first visit free. These people are awesome at communication even before I showed up. I showed up and I felt like I was in a new-age spa, this is not your mom and pop dental place. Everyone was super friendly, and I like that the paperwork was quick. Katy cleaned my teeth and she was perfect! They took XRays, pictures of my teeth, and did the cleaning. Zero pain, super thorough, great conversations, and nice music. Since I don't have perfect teeth, I was expecting some sort of guilt-treatment like all my dentists in the past. Nope! Everyone was professional, solution-oriented, and they walked me through our options for fixing things. They even printed it out on paper and pre-calculated the cost to my insurance and me. That way I know ahead of our next appointment what I should expect. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone who has teeth. I was on the hunt for a new dentist after my wisdom teeth had dug a cavity into my molar, which was causing severe shooting pains. After reading so many positive reviews about Lumiere Dental Spa, I decided to give it a go, and I was very pleased with my first experience. My appointment was with Katie, and she did such a thorough job. She explained to me what was causing my tooth pain (it was indeed a cavity from the wisdom teeth), gave me a referral to an endodontist for a root canal (which went very well), and told me exactly what I needed to do following the root canal. I left feeling very well equipped with the information I needed to take care of my tooth pain. She also mapped out an entire plan for my teeth - providing me with recommendations on how to improve the health of my teeth now, as well as recommendations on a long-term plan to get my teeth into tip top shape. She told me some shocking things about my teeth that none of my previous dentists had ever told me, and told me about options I had for my teeth that I was previously told by other dentists I could not do. I feed off of organization and structure, so having a plan mapped out for me actually made me excited to start taking care of my teeth! read more

I've been putting off going to the dentist because I'm self conscious about my teeth. I read countless reviews for dentists in the Quincy area but never really saw one that jumped out at me until I stumbled on the page for Lumiere. Every review was outstanding, so I decided to make an appointment. I was so nervous that I emailed the office rather than call. Within a half an hour of me emailing, I received a phone call from the operations manager Neda. She was reassuring and was able to book me an appointment the very next morning, giving me no time to back out like I usually do! I'm so happy I went- from completing paperwork out front to the cleaning and talking with the staff, the experience could not have been better. For my up coming knee surgery I needed a dental sign off. As I had not been to a dentist in many years, it was apparent that I needed full dentures. I called the office and was able to get an appointment for x-rams the following day. When I arrived I was totally impressed by the office settings and the greetings by the front staff. Dr. Hovaizi sat down with me and put together a action plan that would meet the guidelines/time set by my surgeons office. Extractions were done right in the office, molds of my mouth taken and dentures created. Follows were done each week to ensure my progress. If your looking for a dentist, look no further! By far the best experience I have ever had. Dr. Hovaizi is professional, smart, caring and warm. I've never seen that combination in a dentist. She goes above and beyond and will a few fillings basically gave me new teeth which look amazing! She got rid of stubborn stains and fixed a chip all in this one appointment. I also have teeth that need to come out and she gave me a lot of options. It's a beautiful office and the whole team goes way above and beyond to make you comfortable. I really don't have much to add to all these glowing reviews except that I have been to Lumiere for a cleaning and a crown, and I can verify that all the rave reviews are true. Really a wonderful team (receptionist, business manager, hygienists, dentists) doing excellent work. Dr. Hovaizi is a perfectionist with a ton of experience and a gentle, caring approach to her patients. We recently moved to Quincy and were thrilled to find a dentist so close. The whole team there is wonderful and the lack of paperwork makes them extremely efficient. From xrays, cleanings, and fillings, and setting appointments my family was impressed with the gentleness and friendliness. If there was anything to improve on it would simply be from my perspective as hearing impaired that the staff could remove their masks to talk so that I can more easily understand them and be able to read their lips, but even there they were very helpful in speaking louder for me. read more

Dr Neda Hovaizi, Joyce my hygienist and Neda the office manager are actually people I look forward to seeing! I did the six month smile braces and Dr. Hovaizi promised I would be done in 3 and she came in along with Joyce and Neda on their day off for the unveiling (I had to have them off before my sisters wedding) and then I had my teeth whitened.
